Sounds like something is misspelled here, @17:40 "when you do it the other way, in C-PRF" but it shows L-PRF procedure. Would someone clarify?

Dr. Miron, @ 2:15 you draw C-PRF from a point very close to buffy coat to discard, why don't you draw it slowly from the top and move the needle further in when the volume decreases? Wouldn't it be safer to do so in a logical way to be sure that we keep the rich part?
