Reduce External Noise by Planning Ahead

This is the third video in a series I am developing on NOISE, which is anything that interferes with the accurate transmission of a message between a sender and a receiver. External noise is noise that emanates from outside of us. It's any background stimulus that can distract us during a conversation. The current video offers two actions we can take to lower the volume of external noise and improve our interactions with others.
