Communication Problems? There's Too Much NOISE!

This video is the first in a series on NOISE, which is defined as anything that interferes with the accurate transmission of a message between a sender and a receiver. It is noise that interferes with our ability to communicate and there are 4 types of noise: internal, external, emotional and cultural.
