Warm up:
4 min incline treadmill walk @ 6.5km/h
30s banded lateral walks
30s banded air squats
30s banded hip thrusts
15 reverse lunges each side
30s yogi squat to fold
30s lizard each side
Main Set:
4 x 12 Bulgarian split squats (12 each side)
4 x 12 DB Sumo Squat, *last 2 sets drop set 12 reps then drop the weight for another 12 reps
3 x 15 hamstring curl
2 x 30 banded frog pumps
Stretch for 5-10min.

also used to be a only yoga girl (especially Bikram). Recently started different types of movements, more strength based, finding lots of joy in them, but YES THE PANTS DON'T FIT ANYMORE! Especially around the butt and glutes. Constant struggle in head about appreciating this new strength and movements I can do, vs being hung up about not having stick legs anymore. Bottom line: Thanks for normalizing needing new pants!
