0:00 Intro
0:04 Wheel of Fortune, Ford Edition!
0:17 What bearing who needs those?
0:23 This car came in for a oil change. The oil was milky ,so the mechanics investigated turns out the timing chain cover gasket was leaking.
0:34 It was covered by all the leaves and rubbish either way it wasn't worth too much in the trade in
0:45 1989 c1500 350 alternator seized
0:56 Customer States "I just noticed the coolant looks like grey sludge while working in the engine bay"
1:00 Mechanic went to check the oil on a truck at their work and found it just a 'tad' overfilled
1:56 Mechanic stated "My mechanic told me my serpentine belt is split in two on the phone and I thought he was joking"
2:02 You'd think they could easily afford a brand new bumper instead right
2:09 Customer drove on this tire while it was flat leading to the sidewall split like this
2:29 AC not sounding too happy
2:39 This mechanic found this vehicles brake caliper in this state while on a road call
3:10 Could be the alternator but some very odd issues going on there so I'm unsure
3:25 This car randomly locks the doors when you hit either the brake or the turn signals
3:35 Customer States "What is this noise in my front end? Sounds like a goose"
3:43 Power steering getting air into the system even after a bunch of parts has been replaced
4:00 This Customer stated "It just stopped"
4:07 Customer States "just the free oil change please I'm selling it in fall"
4:13 Not what you want to see coming out of an oil filter
4:21 Pretty funny but definitely frustrating for this customer
5:00 Customer States "I have a flat that just wont take air"
5:07 Customer States this happens "once per trip coming off a stop light and keep knocking intermittently for a minute or so"

Audi wipers are in service mode. Somebody probably playing a prank
That diesel is leaking fuel into the oil. Give her a whiff.
Diesel truck dipstick guy. The oil looks light and thin. I'm betting there's a bad injector leaking. Oil pan full of fuel.
Very good possibility. Or else some D.F. just added WAY too much oil. I've seen it both ways before...
The salesman got quit a SHOCK finding out it was not the problem.
One with the belt, you could see alternator want turning barely behind upper hose. I saw a guy replace a motor once for an accessory issue keeping belt from turning thus keeping motor from turning over.
Why would you hang around such stupid people??
5:00 - Last Saturday I saw a car with that state of wheel - steel rim though - that still held air. It was a rally car, and as far as I know they actually finished.
Every time I put my car in gear, it locks the doors. I assume the break pedal might work the same on some cars?
Gotta do something with the filming in portrait mode.
People basically grow up with phones in their hand nowadays and they still can’t figure this out.
1:00 I know that coolant reservoir any where 😂😂😂 that’s a Subaru
whats happening in the final clip?
That's what I came to find out.
I think it’s just somebody driving down the road recording some kind of horrendous rattle coming from under the car.
Ahhhh…..I asked the same question.
The reason people don't hear their cars self destructing is because of the volume of their music when you cant hear emergency vehicles sirens then your music is to loud .
Some strange people out there letting the vehicles get in that state
Medusa was checking out it's split tire.
What do you mean? My car needs maintenance??
The wipers are in service mode
The wiper brakes are worn out. ChrisFix has a video on the problem. He made it at the beginning of April.
Or in winter mode so they don’t get stuck to the cowl.
Nah it's an Audi, to put the wipers in service mode you first have to remove the front bumper, radiator, and engine.
They probably skipped removing ice/snow by hand. Motor gear or teeth jumped under heavy load.
Wipers are in annoying mode
I think your RUN FLAT is FLAT there bud!😄
Lmao that truck at 0:37 had a bad shock alright, except it's an adjective instead of a noun.
Someone should have probably cleared the snow/ice off the windshield before turning the wipers on....
Not the issue....
Did the tractor get worked on at a Jiffy Lube by any chance?
4:21 Car owner playing with menu settings, not knowing what they are doing, and ended up putting the wipers in "service mode".
"Service mode" is is there so that a person can change the wiper blades, because they are not accessible, and you can't lift the arms up when they are off and parked under the edge of the hood.
0:45 when you press play on the tape. 😂
When your alternator is froze up
2:13 You know things are bad when the Predator has to take a second job as a mechanic.
I like the tire oil gauge
I had a Pontiac Sunfire years ago that did this.
Wiper motor was replaced (a used one).
THAT would be a COMPLETE WASTE of time and money on this car...
Using the menu buttons to get the wipers out of "service mode", however, WOULD be the simple, and quick, solution here. Do yourself a favor, and do NOT work on your own cars.
I didn't replace the wiper motor.
I had a shop did this.
@@crlaw75 Hopefully a shop would be honest enough today to tell a guy that the wipers are in service mode, and NOT charge him for a wiper motor that was not needed at all.
Easy to fix the wipers....turn car on, use wipers, when wiper is down, shut car off quickly, then shut off wipers with switch, then restart car...NICE belt tensioner on the one video...luckily that one looks very very simple to get too! Too bad they didn't make them all that way!
It's NOT a belt tesioner problem....
Look up and to the right just a bit, and you'll see it... 👀
Also, that will not fix the wiper issue. They are in "service mode", used to get access to the wiper arms so that one can change the wiper blades.
AHHH alternator not spinning! Saw it! took me 3 tries though, irl I would have spotted that asap. At least it's an eay fix.
@@shanemitchell477 Yep
4:01 definitely some malice in the combustion palace there!!!
Have to admit, I have added too much oil. My oil light came on when I was just going on a five hour trip and I was in a hurry. And I had never added oil before so I didn't know how long it took to drain down and kinda panicked and added some more. But not in the vicinity of that amount.
Can somebody explain what the tire size had to do with leaking fuel into the crankcase?
he probably wanted to give us a measure... he rather should have used measures like "Fridge" or "boulder" or "Dog poop"...
0:45 The alternator is frozen up. Not a huge deal, and is a very common failure. 🤷🏻
5:28 to the end; WHAT WERE WE TO NOTICE THERE? Thanks.
Didn't Firestone tires years back split in the sidewalls?
Yeah, it happened to me during a long road trip. Almost new tires and one just split apart at normal highway speeds. thank Halford for AAA and product warranties. I got my money back and put Bridgestones on instead.
@@gridlore you do understand they are the same company?
@@Ghauster I didn't back then, I just bought what the tire guy recommended. They lasted until my poor Datsun wagon died.
I like this channel, but fewer busted ball joints and brakes -- more stored nuts!
4:21 - The wiper brakes are worn out. ChrisFix did a video at the beginning of April about this exact problem.
No they are NOT.
It's an Audi, it's called "wiper service mode".
Wise up, and quit posting all over about "wiper brakes", you sound like a fool.
Man, I want an auto adjusting belt !
It's not an auto adjisting belt. Its a locked up alternator
@@davelowets So, you're NOT familiar with sarcastic humor???
Yes, I am
@@davelowets Then don't be silly.
Can't see most of this on a phone. Turn it horizontal!
This has become a laughing stock on other forums.
4:21 Ardi A4 lol, its an Audi pmsl
People fuck there shit up and think, ohhh its fineeee i swear 😂. Some do it sarcasticly but some seem genuine 😂
Ime big on maintenance but I have to omit it makes me cringe seeing the milk shake had it happen on a car you couldn't get a engen for . And mine was to far gone not one in the hole country that was good.
Malaysia 🇲🇾✅
Broken caliper bolts..ford transit...they are torque to yield.
They definitely yielded....
@@stevee7774 and were torqued
That wasn't a Jeep it was a G Wagon
And that's exactly what he said!
@@michaelwarren2391 But he probably meant G-Wagen, or Geländewagen, or G-Klasse.
It's "Ow-dee" not "ahh-dee"!
1:50 only in the US of A: "If only there could be a way to tell the width of this tire ..."
Rest of the world: wow, 245mm!
;-))
We all know what a P245 is already.....😒
anyone who would care about tire width would know what 245 means, but go off
