They should do this daily. Area needs more entertainment. The roaming characters are great but there is so much more they can do.

The Yellow Raven it’s not their fault really, they have to get permission from the FAA to fly these drones every day and they haven’t gotten that authorization yet. They could only do it this night, at least for now. Eventually they’ll come up with something else, they always do.

@@MickeySightings Well nothing on this scale but you do find some "mini shows" that appears around the park if you look out for them - Like Rey checking her X wing and od encounters between the resistance and the first order characters. It could be as fun to interact with them.
When I was in the park I talked with Rey and the resistance lady whom where doing the porg thing and was asked by a couple of the stormtroopers if I put my legiance to them yet. Was superfun. J.

Dumb question. With the exception of the audience/guess, isn't everything that takes place in Galaxy's Edge consider canon to the actually Star Wars franchise? If it is, then that would mean this media event would have also been considered canon.
Its very expensive and disruptive to put on a large show like this.

Then Disney panicked and started to remove the blocked days for the lower AP and cms... brought back free dining as an incentive to get people to make RSVP for the resort motels... plus all the budget cuts by Bob Cheapskate...so much fail.

Answer Is 7 they complain when she does so flawlessly without proper saber training. Luke didn’t have any training, and that’s why he lost to Vader. Rey used a staff beforehand, and her fight with Kylo was unfair because he was injured, sure, but overpowering Snoke’s guards without training is kind of ridiculous.

With Disney saying that Galaxys Edge is a part of the star wars storyline, there should be these type of shows at night. I mean at daytime you have Kylo Ren arriving out of his ship, there should be another show on the resistance side. Then at nighttime these shows should definitely happen. Galaxy's Edge would be so much more fun if shows like this happens daily, it makes the park more fun and entertaining!!!!
KMV i was at galaxy’s edge in california and he did come out of his ship and he strolls through the atea looking for Rey and interrogating people! he did it to me it was great and its just so fun during the daytime

It’s an interesting idea, this could honestly save tbe Star Wars area if they had the actors practice hard and perfect the flow of the whole thing I think it would look really good.

I remember Disneyland had this Indiana Jones stunt show that would play throughout the day on the rooftops of Adventureland one summer a long time ago. I hope they have plans to run something similar at Galaxy's Edge, even if it's only for the summers. Seeing stories play out, even if they're on a smaller scale than these media events, would really help the land come to life.
I remember those! They played right after the Indiana Jones show that briefly occupied the building that was formerly the Aladdin show/restaurant, before it was redone as the Tropical Hideaway.

Michael Hamilton They're referring to something else. Disney World's Adventureland never had anything related to Indiana Jones.
There was also complaints about the stunt show because Indy punched a female villain in the face. Some women complained and they had to change the show with Indy just pushing her away. This was at Disneyland in the old Aladdin restaurant.

Wayne Booker why does everyone assume that doing this stuff is easy and that they somehow have infinite money. Why do you think Disney’s special effects are arguably the best? Because they spend a major amount of the money they make on that kind of stuff. Do you people think the executives are just spending it all on yachts or something. Building and maintaining all the stuff they have at this quality, plus making movies is extremely expensive, there’s a reason the ticket prices are as high as they are. If they don’t make more then they’re spending then they go bankrupt. Kylos fighting style is my favorite, strength and technique is dope and way of the actual sword as well. Especially in the movies
If they can afford a huge nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT every night then they can afford to fly drones and do shows like this at Galaxy's Edge nightly.

At first I was sceptical on Disney owning starwars, but after watching a shot ton of these galaxy edge clips on CZcams makes me want to go, shout out to all the people that take time to bring life to starwars. Thats why I'm here. The light saber battle is clearly designed for that stage and it makes no sense they never did it after media day. It's also significantly more entertaining than the battle at Avengers Campus. I can't imagine the actors learning that whole thing and then after that one showing Disney was just like you know what, never mind.
