i love this guy's way of teching
he sticks to fundamentals and imroves on that
other channels confuse people by making 5 videos on same topic and showing different exercises in the 5 videos

Thanks! There’s definitely some great content out there, but I do my best to share my unique approach 😊

Have you ever considered doing a dvd/digital download covering basic MMA techniques & strategy? I would buy it in a second!

Glad to hear it, Matthew, and thanks for the comment! Indeed, that's the plan... Meantime, I'm putting out my best stuff on this channel. What would be your preferred length for such an instructional? And what price-point would make sense for you? - Patrick

Effective Martial Arts I have bought jiu courses that were about $100 and had roughly 3 hours of material. Maybe you could make a beginner, intermediate and advance versions... Something I am personally looking for is a course that integrates striking, clinch and grappling into a mma type format. There are very few gyms or online course that integrate these three disciplines effectively

Thanks for the info, Matthew. Indeed that is the hole in the indistry that we’re striving to fill. Will keep you posted on those programs, meantime, much more good stuff coming! And to find everything more organized, check out our playlists page...

Question - How would you recommend incorporating strength training on top regular martial arts classes? For example, if you go to a martial arts class in the evenings 4-5 times per week, would you do the strength training in the mornings 3-4 times per week?
