Patrick,
Your videos here are an invaluable resource for beginning MMA students. On days I'm not doing Muay Thai, I'll go for open gym time and practice your stuff on the mats. I've been learning those falls, get-ups, stances, and of course that beautiful full-body stretching routine.
Thanks so much for the content you provide.
My pleasure! Happy to help :)
You have a knack for taking complex ideas and making them understand for the novice, is this a skill you have naturally or did you develop it over time?
Thanks, Matthew! I would say it’s a bit of both… Organizing information and communication come rather naturally to me, but I have practiced this for years also! Thanks again 🙏
Strength training is super important for any for of martial arts 🥋!!! Well done👍👍🥳
Thanks!
Love it! 💪💪
Thanks, Dave! 🙏
I am studying martial arts
Thank you Patrick

Thanks for this video. I have started to train by following it every night with the intention of doing martial arts.
Can I ask:
1. What about the biceps and triceps muscles? Is there a reason why you don't have any specific training for them?
2. Does one have to do all the exercises specific to one group together? I find it easier to split the three abs exercises since I find them the hardest?
Thanks for your comment! The biceps and triceps are not included specifically as they will get hit indirectly with the pushups (triceps). For biceps, you'll need some kind of pulling movement with a bar, rower, or free weights. This is also a minimalistic routine, there is so much more you can and should do if you have more time. Lastly, it is a good idea to switch the order of the exercices to emphasize different muscle groups or switch it up to create a different adaptation. Hope this helps, and happy training! - Patrick
