      +Sayan Chakrabortry Its going to vary per athlete wildly. A lightweight might be able to do 30 pullups while a heavyweight only 10. A female bantamweight might not be able to do the same amount of pushups as a male bantamweight, even body type could be considered for rep range. Best to figure out your own rep/set - scheme.

    excellent vid as always Funk. I had a question. Do you tape your hands before putting on gloves in every session with the heavy bag? I just bought a heavy bag for cardio and am not sure if it's necessary for a beginner. Also, what kind of gloves do you prefer for this kind of exercise? There were several different kinds of gloves that I was not too sure which I'd need so I ended up getting some Everlast made of some cloth type material as opposed to the shiny leather looking type. thanks
