Ingredients:
1.5 kg chicken wings
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon chili pepper
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
Black pepper
Bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes
100 g hot sauce (or your favorite ketchup, tomato sauce)
2-3 tablespoons of honey
70g butter
Spices and salt to taste
200g red cabbage
200 g white cabbage
1 red onion
1 tomato
½ red pepper
Cucumber
½ apple
1 carrot
Juice of ½ lemon
80 g sour cream
40 g mayonnaise
20 g mustard
1 clove of garlic
Black pepper

I have done a similar recipe in the past and it was fantastic! When I cooked them in the oven, I put the wings on a cooling rack baking sheet combo . They were very crispy and delicious. Great video!

Buffalonian here.
Couple suggestions I've found for not having to deep fry.
I use a rack on my baking sheet - elevates wings and drains fat. or I use an air fryer which is perfect.
Sauce - love yours, also just do various ratios of hot sauce n butter mild 25%/75%, or a 50/50 - many restaurants use a pourable margarine. --- shake n bowl and serve or toss under broiler for a minute or two. Another favorite is a habanero/mango, Honey/mustard.
Dipping sauce ----- We use blue cheese chunky dressing, non locals use ranch 🤨

How long in air fryer & what temperature please?

@@JoannaLamont333 Good Morn, When I use my Air fryer I have a large round basket type BTW - I use parchment rounds on bottom, Then insert the basket with a perforated round on bottom( they catch grease and assist in cleanup ) and I use a metal rack like a cooling tray made for Air Fryer. This provides a little extra elevation for air flow ( found this system terrific with chicken ). The wings which I snip into drums and flats and add to a large bowl. Spray with a veg oil, spice ( onion. pepper, salt, garlic, paprika ) and begin to cook. My unit runs between 275 and 450 F. I set at around 350 and approx 12 minutes. Then I shake em up and repeat. To be honest I don't have a set time - I prefer my chicken with a " crunchier skin " So I rinse and repeat as needed and eyeball it. I've never burnt them.
To sauce you can take finished wings a toss in a bowl n serve or what I do is put back in fryer, increase temp to max ( 450 ) and give em a couple minutes to ( heat, toast, crunch ) sauce depending on the type used.
I need well cooked wings, Not soupy sauce and mandatory blue cheese dressing to dip hot wings in.
I realize the above sounds complicated - it's not and they turn out so much better then just oven baked. Some recipes will coat with baking powder and such to " crisp " them but that's not my thing.
Lower temp, increased time equals a more thoroughly cooked meat - My air fryer has become my goto to for chicken - I do wings, legs, thighs, split breast, 1/2 chickens, whole hens --- all come out perfect.
Good luck -- have no fear. Go slower, and you can always increase temp n time as you gain experience.
Trust me 😁I'm old, fat and Buffalonian. !!!!

Я из РОССИИ. А папа был у меня белорусом.Салат из капусты очень любим, но немного руками её помять надо, чтоб капуста по мягче была, затем заливку делаю. масло,уксус , соль и немного песочку. А вообще с крылышками делаю картофель.
