Excellent step-by-step instructions for streamlining. My swim students are going to do this for homework! I use keywords like "long and tall" to help swimmers achieve their first streamline body positions in the water.

eroshenkhol - whan you flip tuck your chin into your chest if that doesn't work/help try taking a pull then flip with the pull kindof use one arm to propel and flip

+yonatan Selby Kodak Zi8 with underwater case but nowadays any camera can be used for video analysis, however, what's most important is the underwater case and the focus of the lens as not every camera films the same way underwater vs above the water. Thanks for watching!

Do you use a stick or pole with the camera at the end to follow the swimmer?

ah, that's pretty high end , particularly as the Zi8 seems to be a relatively "lower end" camera - and yet you get brilliant results.
I have been using a VIO set - I use a monopod with the recorder at one and, and camera at the other. It has been working really well for me, but they have discontinued the product, so I am on the hunt for a good replacement.
The only problem is that although many cameras now come with blue-tooth connectivity, one the camera is submerged you lose the connection.
I consider myself a swim technique coach and I work with league swimmers here in Israel. I have actually pointed some of my swimmers to your site because of the excellent footage, and of course the excellent swimmers.
