We saw Beyonce announce her pregnancy, while at what (we thought) was the peak of her career, with Blue onstage and to think 12 years later, that child is onstage performing alongside her mother, who is still at the peak of her career 12 YEARS LATER. Truly iconic.

Beyoncé’s longevity (25 years and counting) is crazy. Selling out whole ass stadiums this far into your career is incredible. Her discipline has to be top tier to be able to seamlessly execute multiple shows a week.

Seeing Beyonce on tv is NOTHING compared to seeing her LIVE!! Her Beauty is HEAVENLY and her energy is soo POSITIVE! It’s a very HUMBLING experience to say the least.

Michael and Beyonce are Top Tier. Chris Brown is another phenomenal performer, as is Usher. Everything they have to do to stay in shape and be able to actually sing and dance at the same time is wild.

Having seen all of them….Drake is nowhere near the level of Beyoncé or Taylor Swifts concert. Drake would sing a couple lyrics and switch songs. The girls sang their full songs, changed outfits ran all over the damn stage 😩. Drake passed us the mic a decent amount to sing for him 😭 and the flow sounded off, you can tell he was tired. I’m a fan for life but I would be lying if I said it was worth it/he put nearly the effort they did…The girls killed their tours🔥🔥🔥❤️

Oh, honey, I looked up Bey's workout regimen because I was impressed! I asked the same thing: "How the HELL does she keep up that energy for FIVE months, about 3 shows per week, traveling, AND sis is in her early 40s?" KUDOS to Queen Bey! I WISH I had her energy and stamina!

Unfortunately Beyoncé has also admitted to extreme dieting in the past for tour performances, which she said took a toll on her health. I hope she’s not still doing that in addition to training, etc. That’s definitely not healthy for one’s cardiovascular system.
We really don’t know everything that goes on behind the scenes. Bey only allows the public to know and see *what she wants* the public to see. We don’t really know Beyoncé.
Janet and Madonna have done this in their 40’s so it’s no impossible. It’s called discipline and rehearsal. When ur professional, it comes second nature.

Yes, it's beautiful how supportive JayZ was at the tour. He was at most of the shows. I'm sure it meant alot to Beyonce having her family on the road with her for her tour. Because as a mom it would be tough being away from her kids for months. I love that she incorporated her daughter into the show and brought her along with her. I think that also motivated Beyonce for this tour. Because she experienced it with her husband & kids cheering her on

I’m not sure if you touched on this during the full podcast, but I remember reading that there was a rule that there was no alcohol allowed on the tour. Allegedly the dancers had a contractually agree not to drink-I think people underestimate the toll that alcohol can have on your body, and when you remove alcohol from the equation, your recovery time from day-to-day physical activity is totally different especially doing something as strenuous as a 2 1/2 hour show several times a week.
Alcohol dehydrates you. All that practicing and dancing will already dehydrate you and dehydration is not good for your muscles let alone recovery.

Michael Jackson’s old doctor in the 80’s (not the one that killed him) said MJ used lose 5lbs after every concert so the next day they’d have to feed him a lot.
If u singing & dancing for 2-3 hours every other night in stadiums touching asia, africa, South America, North America, & Europe yaaaa imagine the shape u have to be in

We attended the Sunday Houston concert and it was almost indescribable 😳! The visuals, engineering, artistic costumes, the vibration of love, gratitude, and the creativity of the human mind is inspiring 🌹! Beyonce said "Baby, my tickets are expensive and you WILL see that Renaissance was worth every penny 💰 " I was up on my feet dancing for 3 hours and I was getting tired towards the end of the night 😁! We saw Bey at one of her last concerts at the END of her 56 city tour. She brought the fire vocals, energy, and beauty as if it were opening night of the Renaissance tour 💜! Beyonce is simply amazing and she is definitely that girl 🖤 💎 🤍!

2 concert tickets for the 100 level seats at Drake's concert in Toronto are $4,850. Each ticket is a minimum $1,300. Wtf!? Beyoncé's tickets didn't even cost that much and his his performance is definitely NOT on the same level as Beyoncé. I don't get it.
That doesn’t mean much. Drake is a bigger exponent, there’s more demand for his shows, the songs he performs are bigger. He’s the greatest hitmaker all time, most rap, most r&b, most total hits and rn he’s like number 3 all time in most number 1’s all time, a few songs away from passing the Beatles for that too.

Unfortunately Beyoncé has admitted to her history of very extreme and extraneous diets that began to take a toll on her health during past tour performances. She did this for Coachella. And Beyoncé would complain about feeling starved and hungry. She was essentially punishing her body just to get into shape.
She used to do the 22 Days Diet that experts don’t and didn’t recommend for everyone to do.
Bey’s rigorous restrictive diet would include: NO bread, carbs, sugar, dairy, meat (protein), fish, and alcohol). Along with hours of training and exercise.
She even received backlash for promoting such extreme dieting back in 2018. Hopefully she’s not being that extreme on her body in her 40s. Just remember, if something ever happens to her, it will related to her health and her dieting extremism.
Yeah she did that to lose weight from HER PREGNANCY with TWINS. And your wrong, she promoted the benefits of going VEGAN not her own diet as an dancer/athlete which she did to get ready for the performance, not TOUR, Performance. Plenty of athletes have diets the general public should not duplicate. Like Boxers leading up to a fight or gymnast like Simone Biles. Marathon runners. So whatever so called "backlash" comes from people who have never trained for anything important and barely have a 3rd grade level of comprehension.

Im a professional background singer. I’ve toured all over the world. I just want to shed some light on the band,background vocals,dancers,lighting,LED coordinators,stage crew,audio front of house and ears,truck drivers to deliver the equipment,wardrobe,makeup, hairstylist, chefs and catering crew that also do it night after night supporting the artist. All of those pieces create the full puzzle on and backstage…..and ultimately creates the entire experience we all love and appreciate from artist and their live shows. So big ups to us. Its an amazing job! ❤
