Good Day, I need ur help on a small issue related with Sipart PS2 (6DR5020) positioner. Actually i am getting very low pressure from Y1 (output) due to which my actuator is not moving, however, from Y2 (output) the air pressure is fine & actuator moving fine. I also open the restrictor even then there was no increase in pressure from Y1. Will appreciate to advise me on above issue. Thanks & Regards
Hi ....1st check your pneumatic actuator should be OK may be passing, 2nd you can give 24Vdc to Pneumatic really for OPEN and CLOSE all ready i put that video in my account, if Pneumatic really is OK then change PCB of the Positioner. if NOT-OK then You have to clean Pneumatic Really and Check with Piezoelectric valves if you have any spare then change them. while removing pneumatic really be careful very small springs and plastic balls are there. all the best.
Good ....keep it up
