OOS mode TZIDC is on OFFLINE communication..AUTO is On-line communication. If you press button ⬆️ UP or ⬇️ Down. Its happening when TZIDC ABB is factory reset. 🇧🇷 Brazil
valve hunting due to - faulty positioner, gland tightening, PID tuning, small air leakage in Diaphragm etc..... one or many issues can make valve hunting... need to find right reason
@@instrumentpower6380 Ok, then u can check POT and u can adjust pot angle with clutch, and check angel 33 or 90 both sides ....while adjusting clutch feedback reading not changing then check POT ...

Did you checked feedback adapter tightness and POT resistance, issue may in feedback part....check properly once again ...

TZIDC ABB 110PA how change OOS mode to AUTO mode for normal operation?
Normally we use CTRL FIX mode for auto ...what is OOS mode ? We have 1.0 CTRL ADP, 1.1 CTRL FIX, 1.2 Manual and 1.3 Man sense .....

Facing an issue not powering up even after connecting power
Check the polarity once and remove one wire and check voltage in series, then you will know any problem with PCB ....

Sir manually open/close karne par % feedback change nhi ho raha hai aur aur auto calibration karne par Run 1 ke bad error aa ja raha है
Is it single acting or double acting actuator, Positioner output not changing, or actuator passing... plz check once
