Hi Jose, Pressure drop in line after any valve,bend or after reducer. you can measure with Pressure Indicator at inlet and outlet, and calculate HP-LP you will get DP. you have lot of battery operated pressure indicators, make like druck, wika etc...any further information let me know....
I faced issue with Feedback link (non contact ), so error will appear in display for that u need to adjust Feedback link . This one problem I was attended ....
hello brother, i am having a problem with same device when given command say 4mA it will open 100% and when given 20mA it will close giving 0% as travel so it is doing vice-versa. what could be the problem?
Hi bro we using same positioner, and we facing problem with auto mode change, once it's come to manual again it's not moving analog mode again, will u please explain how to change from manual to analog
I have changed to manual from analog in local control option then we operated the valve after that I want to change it back to analog in local control.... But it's not changing from manual to analog.

Go to detailed setup and change ZERO CTL SIGNAL from CLOSE to OPEN.....

Hii, There is no problem, Just change settings of Zero Control signal to Open to close, then check

Ok check wt is the voltage at positioner terminal.. and did u checked applying mA source. With mA source u having same problme ??
