Best practices are to give external air supply to actuator and open 50% and at that time, the positioner feedback link should be (horizontal -----------------)
Check pressure supply, try to operate manually with manual bypass mode, check feedback pot, check tuning actuator and pasitioner, increase zero screw valve should open .... after checking all these again do auto calibration...

Check actuator passing, Gland tightness, after that u can adjust PID value in Positioner.

at end of calibration my positioner display ' -Lo "instead off good. when i go back 'error 003' appear ?
