Sir mere pass pahle Siemens ka PS2 sipart ka positioner lga hua tha but usme problem aane pr hamare company me valve ke sath ABB ka TZID model aaya to purane Siemens ke jagah pr replaced krne ke baad auto mode me scada se operate nhi ho pa rha hai...Mere hisab se shayad pahle wala me 14 port se but ABB me 6 hi port hai...Pl sir koi solution ho to bataye......Thanks
Check any air leakage and actuator passing , check valve operating smoothly and gland tightness, then do I/P calibration .. Check I/P calibration video in my channel
Sir regulator pressure is 4 to 5 bar it is ok.. but out air from the positioner is low and valve open just 10 percent.. if pneumatic block is faulty then how can we repair.. plz sir share about it
@@sanojkumar-ty3rf may be .. but in manual mode if it is opening or closing them hunting will be there while operating, so in parameters 7 u can increase dead band..
Check Parameter -3.0 minimum range should be zero% and maximum should be 100%, and what is the parameter selection of 2.0 and 2.2 ... If possible update me 2.0, 2.2 and 3.0 parameter...

सर डबल एक्टिंग में 1pot से air आता है और एक pot नहीं आता है
For opening 1port and for closing 2nd port ....so both will be used in double acting actuator....for single acting actuator only 1 port used ..
On autoCalibration positioner stuck at 50 take long time after that message indicated TIMEOUT. please reply.
Check I/P passing, check actuator passing, check any leakage in output

स्मार्ट पोजीशनर है जो ऑटो में सही काम कर रहा है पर मैनुअल में डालते ही या तो ओपन या क्लोज हो जाता है ,कैसे सॉल्व करे कुछ सेटिंग में हो
You need to do the I/P adjustment.. check my I/P adjustment video.

Not going 25 percentage going 0 to 50 ,75,100. And 100 to 75,50 ,and when giving 25 not going 50 to direct come 0
