- Today we were going to look at awesome new information for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam! We get a look at when and where Professor Layton and the New World of Steam takes place and some extra cool details!
I personally hope that there will be a side story happening with flora and don paolo investigating something in London for Layton and develop a cute uncle and niece like releatsionship.
I mean after Curious Village, I don't really want Don Paolo near Flora even if Unwound Future redeems that a little bit
@@DerpyHiro To his defense I don‘t think don paolo knew that flora was in the tower as he only targeted Layton and I think that outside of Layton, he won‘t kill anyone else as he did help Layton to stop clive‘s plan as it whould have killed everyone in London

It's actually quite scarry how close clive came when it came to predicting how Luke would look like in the future.
I mean stylistically Luke didn't change too much so it doesn't feel that surprising to me
@@DerpyHiro I wonder if when Layton and Luke re-unite we get a brief compilation of all of Layton and Luke's previous adventures that ends with present day Luke looking at himself in the mirror and saying "wow, I really do look a lot like him" (the him part is basicly a non-spoilery way for the game to refere to Clive while also having it be a "aha" moment for those who did play that game. I mean sure, can always just refere to Clive as Future and/or Big Luke, but I doubt that it would make in universe sence as to why the characters don't just use Clive's real name when talking about him).
@@spouwnerring I can see them sneaking in a small reference like that but I don't see it being anything big. My theory and hope is that they stay away from characters other than the main group. The main group being people like Layton, Luke, Flroa, Chelmey, Barton and maybe Don Paolo
@@DerpyHiro yeah ok that fine. I agree. Don Paolo was already redeemed and so I don't think that his presence will spoil anything from the previous games.
I personally want Emmy to return, because I didn't liked at all what they done to her in Azran Legacy and I want to see a redemption for her character.
I didn't like it either but I don't know if they will give her a return. At least I'm not sure they'll make her comeback immediately
@@DerpyHiro Yeah, since chronologically this is the 4th entry after Azran Legacy I could see it happen, but I will not get my hopes high for this. We will see.

1. I just find it today. They play it safe, it takes place before Kat's even born. (Sorry but her game is uninteresting)
2. I'm interested with side-game building a town, like London Life? It will allow cameos to come to the town and interacting without cluttered the main story.
3. The implication is they wanted old characters back. I wished to see Flora played more role. More importantly, I wanna see Don Paulo, the master of disguise himself.
4. It's unlikely, but maybe give Alfendi's origin while at it?

have no clue who Aldebaran is but I'm hoping they don't bring a lot of the characters back in order to make it accessible for new fans. My hope is that this can be a game that people play first even if there are 6 main games that take place before this
Aldebaran is a villain from the Lady Layton anime. But as much as I'd like to see more of him, it wouldn't make sense for him to be in America
