He has caustic who’s buffs have been really good in B, Gibby in A when Maggie is a hard counter to him and has pathfinder in secretly broken 😭 loba doesn’t provide much to a team either other than loot which is not as useful because of the fact you can’t grab body shields from shop.

I think lifeline being D tier is an insane underestimation. Getting care package weapons on demand I think will prove to be much much more powerful than most people initially thought
I switched to her for this reason and the first night I played with my 3 stack we won 4/7 games getting top 5 every match and the guaranteed red armor with a weapon is nuts
I play Lifeline a lot and what bothers me is that her revive is really weak, mostly you die mid-fight as it is an easy target. They tried to fix it by 20% reduction time.

I just find it hard to enjoy having her on my team as it doesn’t fit apex play style. You’re waiting for her to provide possible shield and weapon advantages but when contributing to an active fight she has nothing. It then becomes a game of positioning and aim against others that have abilities to assist in winning fights. If she had her shield back for her drone on res or a shield for her tac it would be a different story. personal opinion or i just get shiv lifelines
She’s good this season, she has a small hit box and the only self revive in the game.

Loba got a nerf with the removal of shields as ground loot. Her biggest advantage was dropping the blackmarket early to get the shields in an area and take a fight. Now that’s not viable… really kills me to see as a loba main.
Have you tried dropping your shield first and then pick another shield from the black market?
Also before the season started, loba perk with taking 3 things from the shop was in the first set, now it’s in the 2nd set which by the time you get to purple you won’t need it as it’s towards the end of the game & you most likely already have everything you need. It was better as a blue armor perk for early game
@@brandonruiz7932 Yeah I also don’t want to decide between tactical range and 3 items as the first upgrade though. Maybe buff the base tac and add a new perk for her second upgrade to push the three item into the first category…

Ballistic lowkey underrated. His cant stack his tactical on the same target, but he can shoot the same target twice with his tactical. Depending on if they trigger an overheat, thats 40-70 garentued damage.
Not to mention that his ult got a MASSIVE radius buff from 13m to I think it was 90m

Putting Seer anywhere but D tier invalidates the whole list.

lifeline in D????? lifelines atleast A for me right now her care package ultimate perk is so good for ranked really for me it's in s tier: lifeline, Bangalore, conduit, mad Maggie, bloodhound
I don’t play her but it’s so annoying to deal with her quick res & the health drone is very useful. At worst she’s an A or B but he put Crypto at A 😂
They should make one of Gibby's perks as: making his bubble also protect you from the zone like a heat shield
Ballistics sling getting grey attatchements has actually wound up being a solid buff from my perspective. its a really helpfull advantage for your first gun to come with basic attatchments, and into the late game I end up using guns in the sling that don't need attatchments, like a spitfire for mid range while using a sniper and smg. It gives a lot of versatility and the ult can be huge for turning fights. the second tier of perks has been pretty solid as well giving an extra shot for the tac. when you hit both tac shots that ends up being 40 free damage you can deal while already firing your gun. I think ballistic at least warrants a B tier.
Ash ‘1min to live’ LV2 perk is actually INSANE - 1min mini map scans on a squad is so OP
It’s situational. Unless you are actively in your minimap fishing for Death Boxes then it isn’t as useful as it seems.

It sucks but it makes sense, out of all the support legends on her and loba were the only 2 not to get the HP regeneration perk on revive. Even gibby brings u back to 50hp. Mirage and Newcastle give 75hp regeneration. Pair that with gold kd shield and your pretty much full health revive
Could be wrong, but I believe people are over-valuing 3rd level shield perks. Typically these won't come into play until relatively later in the game. You might pull a fight or two with these perks on average, which is nice, but it's not defining how good a character is overall. Same reason legends are usually valued for their passive and tactical over ultimate. Fewer interactions with it per match.
Even Hal and his team were discussing this. Wraith feels good when you're on purple, but until then she's just the same character she was last season, i.e. not as good as others in her role.
Lifeline can self rez now, you're cooked
I wanna see a video of a self rez win, I'm sure therre are loads of people who don't know she can yet. The care package is op too tho especially with the fire rate of that Eva. It's nuts. Love it

Also Bloodhound got scamed. Respawn removed the passive which refund 25%cd on ult and put it into the perk system. I was so upsad when i realised it ...that was a lazy lame move from respawn side.
Ash's tactical should be, by default, 2 snares and should affect any legend in its radius (like Fuse's tactical). For her second level perks, maybe a choice between a longer ult or two shorter ones.
Bro going against a good Mirage this season is a nightmare! Constant decoys in the middle of a fight is a huge upgrade.

Mirage has some awesome perks this season. Idk why everyone has to hate on him. I use his decoys for Recon, Reviving invisible and with the Regen is good, then Distract & Attack from different angles than your Bams
@@hampdog5716 he’s so good right now I keep rolling up on teams and there’s just decoys everywhere it’s hard to focus who the real mirage is and even his teammates when there are 10 plus decoys on screen
After rage uninstalling last season, I'm currently having a blast with the game. Feels fair and better matchmaking.

@@Hype2k23Exactly! Someone out there gets it. I got one Event pack from a mission or something and got the Tin Man. I try to use my decoys for everything. They're a lot more helpful then people realize. This game isn't all about doing damage

Just a random thought. Not super irrelevant...imagine they incorporated tier upgrades that shuft your character job to an alternative. For example, lifeline goes from a support(healer) to assault(murder medic) lol. The same could be said for bangalore. From assault(soldier) to support(stealthy? Building on the smoke screen something to minimize detection)
Just sayin. This could be interesting. Respawn? You reading this?? Play with this. Come out with a fun monthlong event to run a trial of this. From a non-IT worker this seems like a lot if work but it would be a, presumably, fun gake changer.

I actually agree with most of this tier list with some caveats. Lifeline deserves to be higher and I would put seer even higher. Yall are really underestimating how good seer is now.

I think right now there are no legends in D tier, worst case is C tier and list is good.
All legends are viable right now - there are no “troll picks” currently
But there are still ones that are more useful than others on team comps and that’s how I base them in the tiers
@@8SecondGaming right, and as you say some legends are better than others, bloodhound for example is still a very good option, previusly you were able to get his ult first minute off drop but now they nerfed him a bit. Currently me and my team (unofficial pro xd) have own playstyle involving bangalore, ash, and wraith, ash can now track enemies for entire minute soo we dont need recon for beacons, also agressive catch and rotation options with plan B and C in hands.
You could try playing with us a bit, would be nice to play with someone who teaches a loot, always some knowlege to gain.

I was a fuse main since season 8 launch, 10K kills as fuse and when they moved him into the large hitbox category that ruined him, fuse dont have gun shields, dome shields or 15% damage reduction so why? Also ult sucks, it needs to be badly redone, make it close in or a huge inferno, something because its worthless as is.
Or make fuses ULT like a Bangalore strike but strips of fire instead, something, anything...
With all due respect, Mirage is actually not bad. In a 1v1 he is almost unbeatable unless there is a massive skill gap. I do think that he should have a choice between a CD reset or a speed boost for his bamboozle, would be a tough choice depending on the game. Granted I solo queue mostly so Mirage is a great solo play legend. PS: I know the response is "Good players do not get bamboozled" and I know for a fact thats not true, most people just dont know how to play Mirage. Don't equip the heirloom, control your decoys as your true copy and ult whenever you want, its free scans. Everyone has been bamboozled at least one time.

Man idk about this tier list .. I think since the devs have made every legend be able to have choosable perks , it kinda makes the game balanced, because anybody could have the chance to upgrade their legend and make their legend a serious threat if they use the legends with the perk upgrades the right way.. For instance, you could have an “S Tier” legend, but because your team didn’t get much damage or kills, you still have white shields with no perk upgrades, if I attack you with red shields with all my perk upgrades with a c tier legend, you’re at a serious disadvantage 🤷🏾♂️the average player doesn’t have super good aim god movement speed, and good game sense, so they’re most likely getting team wiped in that scenario.. so I think season 20 kinda makes all tier lists inaccurate. It’s really difficult to put tiers on the legends now because any legend used the right way at the right time could be the difference of winning and losing games..

He really isn’t, there is a reason you don’t see him in high tier lobbies. He is easy to counter and doesn’t offer his team much on a comp. he leaves holes that can be easily exploited
Ramparts get put in the same lobby as fuse players making her kind of useless. It's like how you rarely see Caustic until you pick him. Suddenly 5 are in the lobby because sbmm pairs them together.
