Using alter ultimate while down isn't a bug. It works as it should.
In the legend trailer you can see down teammates using the ultimate.
And yet my random teammates never used it at all especially when to retreat

Everyone thinks lifeline is average, but at least half the teams I encounter have her. Her revive is underestimate.
I’ve tester her today and I got so surprised by how strong she is
I don’t see lifeline that much. It’s horizons dominating every lobby for me. I have 15k kills on lifeline and can say she is better than most think but not that much above average.

Newcastle's current pick rate is 1.3% and has gone down 8.46%.
This just shows that no matter how much a legend gets buffed they still won't be picked up if their kit at it's core is just not fun to play with!
It’s because this current ranked system is all about fighting so everyone wants to be a tweaked out octane or pathfinder and just push everything

They freak out when it relays on placement points, then freak out when you earn yo many points from kills, then they freak out when you don’t earn enough. Apex doesn’t know what to do because the community doesn’t even know wtf they want
I mostly mained Gibby and preferred his kit till I naturally started making better plays with Newcastle. My team mates love when I pick him but the only thing I struggled with was his Tac. And they've pretty much fixed everything wrong with it in the last few seasons.
I prefer a system that rewards placement more because intense end games with a bunch of squads in a small circle is my favourite part of the game.
Newcastle is best next to alter. Problem is most people suck on him

Newcastle has a high skill ceiling
Lifeline is a certified A, if you run into a lifeline with lvl 3 armour if they have half a brain they will have 1 gold knock and at least 1 lvl 4 armour on the team. In the end circle they should have 2 lvl 4 armours and 2 gold knocks, downing people almost means nothing because if you focus the downed player, you will die

Im no Mirage main, but putting Seer in B tier and Mirage is D tier is an absolute L take. Seer does so little to impact the fight, his tac is easily avoidable, his passive has no range and you're slow as Christmas while using it, and his ult can easily be waited out or better yet be ratted on by a crouched Rev. At least Mirage has really good 1v1 potential, with his ult being on such a short cooldown. Another L take is saying Alter is a Wattson counter. If you fence all entrances and the general area of a building, a Alter cant really push without getting a face full of fences. As a Wattson main, I have actually countered several Alter pushes because I fenced the area of the building, instead of just the perimeter, and killed them because they were all stuck in a fence. Alter is a Catalyst counter, not Wattson

In my opinion as an Mirage player they need to had to her kit the option to being able to change you for one of their decoys.

How is Loba in B? She can craft banners, get angle's and get out of situations with her tactical. The ult is useful in different situations.
A couple things: Bangalore is s tier now with digi threat gone. Her and bloodhound are the new meta combo that will probably be in high tier ranked. Horizon is still one of the best legends in the game honestly and will probably always be. Conduit and rev needed to be stopped, that meta was so cringe it made players who don’t even play skirmisher legends play him. Alter is only as good as the player who uses her. If the player doesn’t have a good amount of experience in the game already, she’s honestly c tier at best unfortunately. But, if the player is experienced in a multitude of ways like movement aim game sense map knowledge she is definitely s or a tier. A lot of players think she’s not that great simply because they have no idea how to utilize her. It’s unfortunate but most apex players don’t want to spend time learning a legend that doesn’t seem instantly good to them. Other than any of this though, this is a solid list.
Your speaking just straight facts out here my guy. Horizon gets me so mad with how OP her movement is. Based on how people play her makes it seem they’d be so bad on any other character. They NEED to play horizon. Bang is just super versatile she has to be S but is hard to play well. Rev ult is so good it makes him high A low S alone.

Balistic in D tier is underrated extremly, not a good legend but not that bad.
I had a team talk shit to me because I picked ballistic and there were like you literally picked the worst Legend blah blah blah 1,400 damage and they only got like 400 or 600 I just don't think people know how to use Legends and there is insane potential especially when you can carry two darts
Why isn’t horizon S? Her kit does everything. Gets the whole team up on high ground. Can heal while going up and she lands with no stun and insane air mobility making fighting her near impossible with that movement.
They should make it so you can’t strafe as much in the lift and bunny hopping won’t trigger her passive.
No other movement character comes even close to how hard she is to hit. Let alone get their whole team on high ground so easily as she does.

Why does everyone think alter can counter wattson fences it's next to impossible to push a setup wattson. If wattson has the entire room trapped up then you can't avoid her fences. She's literally the counter to alter
I for the most part think this dude does a good a B+ tier list. Most of the time good in my eyes.I think Fuse is a B tier but not C . The ash points are a good point. Thought the hunt ltm was a trial for her new ability, giving you recon on the closest team after you get a squad wipe. I also think Seer is a C tier. That 30 second q is wild, should be reduced to 22 to 25 secs.

How is Octane so low if, according to you, teams play super aggressive and death-bally? He can quickly push a team if there’s a knock or a broken shield, and his pad can get the whole team there as well. Not sure how he doesn’t fit into this narrative.

People, after 4 years realising that her smoke can be very useful to get some cover or disorientate enemies, and also can be combined with Digi threat scope: OMG SHE IS BROKEN
Horizon still broken as hell (my opinion) for over 3 years now. Bang and cat got hit way too hard after the bang cat horizon meta. But horizon got a slap on the wrist and they called it a day.
@@BigPro1123 what makes her broken now? I remember when she just came out she could stay on the top of her lift for so long and shoot without any accuracy penalty even while accending. And her tactical cooldown was so low. But now she is just strong legend, but not broken.
Alter S tier only as an opponent. Killing legends has never been so easy. Her ultimate gives three kills after a minute of waiting. And when you see her tactics, just take your shotgun and send Alter to the lobby. She same tier as Oktane, just a worst teammate legend tier.
I must’ve been constantly running into bad Caustics than. Because I completely destroy every caustic I see as Alter.
And also, I am pretty sure it’s not a bug. Her nexus is designed to bring downed teammates. However, there’s a massive issue with her ultimate… you have to constantly look at it. Which means you may have to turn around in the middle of a fight. Also, the wind up takes a while.

my last live stream was 3 months ago because i live in the country side and dont have the internet speed to stream, i was house sitting for my dad at the time and had good internet so i was able to stream for a bit.

@@naeem2746 with current havoc meta, I run two havoc on main and sling gun and my other two friends run havoc and we just run people down LMAO. The damage output of havoc with Ballistic's Ultimate is too op but slept on.
Obviously Ballistic's downside is no escape in his kits and required ultimate to gain advantage but having Alter as escape option and also a good flanker and ultimate accelerate to with his ultimate quick cooldown. I found myself always has ultimate for teamfights. Been running down people ever since.
