As a Catalyst main, I agree with your perk options. Long Cast is a very situational perk and the length of the wall doesn't help as much as the duration. So the resilient veil and sister spikes are my go to perks

What about now that the perk that switched to level 2 & a new perk at level 3 ? I just started playing catalyst but I’m not sure what perks are good for her in season 21

I think that her perks could be way more better, like for the first lvl up the perks could be:
increase the number of doors that you can block by 1
Increase the number of charges of the spikes by 1 (also increase the number of active spikes as well)
The final perks could be:
Highlight enemies through the ultimate (only catalyst can see the enemies)
Makes the spikes wider and larger (it could be even like a round shape).

Obviously it's just a idea, but with the current balancing it could make her play style more reliable like they did to Maggie's kit, i now that the original idea of the perks is meant to be just a few bonuses to the legends, but i think the most fun perks are those that modify or improve the legends in a more direct way

Yesss I agree with this 100% almost give the perks a little bit of other perks within it. But definitely needs something else in order to make them viable again

Ahhh yes very true. That's kind of the idea I had as well! Yeah just something to help the legend alongside team assistance as well. But hopefully in the future they adjust her a little more for sure and I'm sure they will , just like the updates coming up soon on Tuesday 👍🏽👍🏽
