Been running R301/Flatline and Mastiff basically every game. Mastiff feels so good these last 2 seasons.

Entry fragger flatty volt is nice! Bout that action. I like running that with Rev but i enjoy a mastiff too
My favorite is the G7 scout and mastiff/pacekeeper. My main is lifeline
The hemlock has always been my go-to with single fire, I like pairing it with a mastiff but this season Ive been using the alternator with it
If you are playing rampart and acting as the anchor, absolutely try the spitfire with a shotgun, its very strong with the faster amped reloads and absolutely shreds people at mid range. It's especially strong on Olympus where ARs don't quite have the damage per mag to down people crossing big exposed sight lines.

Still run a flatline/301 (whichever i find mag for 1st normally) and a mastiff/re45 HP/PK Disrupter

Car flatline/hemy has done me well for the last three seasons. Imma keep using that. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke.
Been enjoying the flatline/R301 and PK loadout a lot this season , normally i would’ve taken an R9 but it genuinely just doesn’t feel good anymore
Range is nerfed , it’s only good in very close. Even the alternator feels better sometimes

My class most of the time is either Flatline and Volt or Hemlok and Peacekeeper.
Honestly the hemlock with a light ammo car on revenant is insane
I’ve been running volt + Prowler
I run hemlock on range and havoc on smg and I play outfragger
L-STAR / Mastiff or PK is so good atm. But if not the L-Star you could use any other assault rifle
I play volt and sentinel, but I might start playing R-99 /Car and Triple Take, this is because my aim with the R-99 is insane
the Car has only 6 more dps than the volt (186 to 180) so if you're finding you don't manage to 1 clip people with it often enough stick with the Volt as its damage per mag is 57 higher with no mag up to 78 damage with purple mags
Most players will find more success with the volt. I agree with what you’re saying. Personally, I use the CAR but I’ve been using the CAR since it released even when the r9 was the best smg. I do better with the CAR since I get my shots but yeah I’d recommend people use the volt since it’s more forgiving especially without attachments. Overall though, if players want the upper hand, I’d suggest players use the CAR and master it. Like you mention it’s a big difference when you run the CAR with and without a mag but you’re more likely to find a good mag for the CAR than the volt since it takes light and heavy mags. I always have a blue at least before I leave the POI I landed in.
I use prowler with 2x hcog scope and R9/Car smg
I actually love running the prowler and the hemlock; having 2 burst weapons helps prevent that situation where you swap from a full auto to a burst weapon, press and hold to fire because you're used to full auto but HELLO, one burst fires and you stand there like an idiot waiting for the weapon to keep shooting, only realizing your mistake as you sink into your own deathbox.

This is not a problem anyone half decent at the game has. Sounds like you need to spend some time in the range getting familiar with all the weapons
sentinel and flatline/havoc...sentinel's my primary and its always charged and can double as a shotgun. You hit one charged senti shot at an enemy, switch to the flatty, you almost never lose a fight. Just dont pick a scope higher than a 3x on the senti because thats your opening shot in ever fight, medium and close.

Would the game benefit from limiting gun choices by legend class, or by forcing a player to choose a loadout class which limits the guns the player can use in a particular match? For solo queueing, it would be nice if each rando knew what role they're trying to fulfill.

This was a great vid. All great recs. Anybody who disagrees doesn’t play ranked or the game at all. Their opinion is worthless. Dont listen to the spiteful morons in the comments who are just tilting from the last match they had because they still aim with a 4-3 sens or slow true sens/dpi and think their mistakes are not their own. People like that need to learn to stfu and listen. This community needs to learn their place and stop thinking you know anything about the game because you 1v3 a “good” team in ranked.

For anyone that doesn’t like the burst on the prowler use the alternator it’s fully automatic and just better than the prowler

If you use slow sens, sorry you have a slow reaction time and you will be smoked. If you still use .6 aim assist instead of enabling .4 in alcs on console, you will be smoked. If you panic at the sight of one fight and can’t handle rotating positioning game sense gun knowledge etc without feeling the need to panic that the random you have isn’t communicating, you will be smoked. If you blame others for your own mistakes, you will be smoked. You will be smoked for every single micro and macro decision in game you don’t know how to do or are unwilling to learn because you wanna pout in a corner tilting from your last match. Some of us have been constantly putting ourselves in situations to test our mettle and skill so we can just get a little better ever since season 0. Don’t play ranked if you’re looking for a gimmicky easy “fun” time. If you’re not willing to confront every single mistake you make and be aware of them as well as learn everything about the game including not just being a movement player or not just being an aim player, this game is not and was never meant for you. The developers said explicitly from the beginning, “easy to learn, hard to master”. They didn’t say that just for their health.

Of course people like the triple take a lot, it’s easy with no bullet drop and they don’t have to actually sit down in the range and learn bullet drop on other weapons like normal people who want to get better in the game. Energy weapons have no bullet drop. People looking for the easy way out will always gravitate to the most cringe weapons and play-styles. Like the booty-b-I mean 30-30 repeater.
