any tips for eating? i’m just a kid and I can’t go to the gym so I’ve been doing his workouts. but i know that you also have to have a good diet plan. but i can only control eating “clean” as i’m not eating soda or junk food. but is that enough for a good diet? because i just eat what my family makes

Do every day? I do insanity wanted to add little more. Some weight lifting, ab workouts. Did 10 minute arm workout really good. I like how these workout videos are straight to the point.

Been pushing hard every single day for about 3 weeks now. Starting to notice a difference in my endurance and some subtle changes. Definitely helping accelerate my weight loss. Down 30 ibs in a month and a half, 30 more to go. Proper diet is what makes this work. Starting to want more than one session a day. It's addictive.

Best thing to eat are beans or a protein shake. If u dont have any of that then eat outmeal with some milk

I have worked out everyday since Jan 3 doing his workouts. I have 2 that I do daily and then 1 that's a 1 month challenge and one video from a different youtuber
You need Rest days as well, muscles do need time to recover. 2 days for recovery through out the week is enough. Workout different muscle groups.

You cant get shredded in 4 weeks unless you are already very lean and muscular guys, and even so you need a caloric deficit 👌. Not that it isnt a good workout but its not gonna get you shredded in 4 weeks for most people

My guy for your age you should have plenty of food and for workout you should have a power walk as in 3 steps per second for an hour should shed around 500 calorie...yea and also play outside for at least one hour...should see the results in a week or two...
Also you are young right now.. when you are at age of 16 your body should have developed muscle...then you should start on a proper work out or it will damage your body if you start too early...
@@dhairyashilbhavirkar6143 if you do bodyweight exercises and some weights you should be fine. probably not any of the main 3 lifts, but stuff like curls is ok

I here so many people ask if they need to eat well to get abs. And for those of you in the comments the answer is no.... sort of. You will definitely build abs no matter the way you eat. I eat pretty balanced and I have a mediocre set of abs. No matter how bad you eat if you do this workout 2-3 time an week you will get stronger abs and you will find it easier to do all ab workouts, but if you want to see your hard work than you have to eat healthier to get rid of the fat layer covering your abs.
Another frequent question I get is chest pecs and my answer is pushups lots of pushups. I do diamond pushups more than anything to work on my pecs and back.
