This is my bike very satisfied going to bring more bikes to get done.What you don't see is Chris really tweaking things in ecu took more pulls than I expected super happy on the end result

I have the exact same bike and year and exhaust. I see your bracket from OES accessories has faded I had that happen to me too from them I reached out and sent them a picture and they replaced it. My bike made 116whp with flash and tune on 91 octane

You hit the nail on the head. Many forget about ride ability only pursuing a hp number.

A long time ago, my dyno guy took care of my buddy's Hayabusa. When asked what the final number was, the tuner said go ride it first. Guy comes back from a ride in absolute shock, says it feels like it gained 50 hp everywhere, wheelies all over, super smooth. The tuner gain 1/2 hp at peak! But the internet map he had before had almost NO map for low-mid rpm and part throttle, which is what the tuner fixed. The peak number is NOT the most important....the entire rpm map and part throttle is what you are using 99.9% of the time...even when racing. Moore Mafia is doing exactly this but on next level and far more advanced.

My Gixxers ECU is in that pile or at least I hope it made it there from Fed ex. Lol. You guys are some of the BEST around and sending in for a tune was an EASY choice. 👍🏻🔥
My 2019 ZX6R is pushing out 121.5 .... got it tuned by MarkBilt in NJ
The muffler box that he removed by adding that link pipe is not a cat delete. The catalytic converters on this bike are found at the end of the header. The bike has 2 small pancake cats. They can easily be drilled/punched out for more power. Makes the bike even louder.

I just got my ecu back from them, I told him mine had a cat delete now I'm afraid it will be the same tune since he says on the video cat deleted but it still has them.
Just mailed my ECU yesterday for my 2020 ZX6R, can't wait to get it back from you guys and see the difference. Especially that quick shifter fix!

Chris do you have any information on the clutch switch. Does it affect the fuel maps or anything.
Can you remove it or plug a remote switch to run an aftermarket clutch perch.

My gsxr is having similar throttle issues. Guessing the same thing. Wish you were closer to get my afrs sorted out. Is that something that could be done on a flash?
I got the same bike, same pipe and now Im itching to ride. Maybe Ill let you pick my pockets in exchange for a few ponies before spring gets here but I assume the shipping from Canada cost dam near what the tune costs.
That was interesting that one half of the mapping was left untouched... could have had a nasty high side on track if the vacuum would have surged...
I have a 2018 KRT edition with a slip on. Will a Sprint filter diff much in this tune??

Wish they would make the ZX6r ride by wire. Every other 600cc+ sportbikes has had it for over a decade. Only thing that turns me from thr zx6rs. Cant add an autoblip

That Cat isn't deleted..... the resonator/ pre muffler chamber is gone. The Cataylic converter is in the Header

Put a sprint in my 2016 636, and now it's surging around 4-5000 rpm. Surging, is that the word? Idk, it's just not smooth.
Go back and double check everything. My guess is you have a vacuum hose off

No they where not just the sound box or bread box what ever it's called
why does it look like you aren't even hitting 150 mph? The speed indicated barely hit 140? Is this a 5th gear (or lower) pull?

Correction the only 636 cc motorcyle for sale I its class not a 600 lol but really 115 is not too bad , but my brothers gsxr 600 l5 made 115 bhp with a Taylor made pipe so really that Kawasaki isn't that special lol
I’m not doubting that it made that power on that dyno on that day. But don’t forget that even on the same dyno with the same bike but different atmospheric conditions will provide different results.
@@fivespeed3026 I know were in the uk and our fuel is difrent but its slowly going to e10 which kills power 😔 . It just had a pc5 and only the fueling was done on it nothing adjusted on the ecu so its has potential to make more power .
Key word is bhp....the 636 made 115 WHEEL HP...BHP is at the crank so in reality its only around 100 or so HP at the wheel.BHP is irrelevant. 600s typically have around 100 - 105hp. 636 110-117. Gsxr 750 125-135hp

@@2wheelsonly614 I know that , but my brothers bike made 115 hp at the rear wheel . They are 125 at the crank stock . If I could share the photo of the graph and print out I would but there is no option to add it in .
