What about the electrical conduit? It would save a lot of time and money when you install a much electrical conduits in the foundation as possible.

korewaa i bought one of your lands in select - but i had a question - folks always complain buying homes near sea destroys ones electricalss - eg folks in prampram area - so my question is if thats the case how come many homes along coastal area in carribean usa australia dont have that complain of that issue. Can you make a topic on this and how to avoid the errosion problem

methods of building are interesting.
non citizens who "buy" land can only own it for 50 years. so lease land for 50 years, then they need to pay somebody again. granted they will probably die in that 50 year period but they can't leave the property to whom ever they choose? that's not a good deal. I hope Ghana reconsiders the idea of leasing land instead of selling it outright. a families wealth starts with a home and its land.
