I have purchased land in select estates phase two and would love to see footage of the development of phase one if it has started yet.
The office location is awesome I like the speed and the commitment of your workers unlike other handymen I’ve encountered always asking for deposits and just disappear and when I refused to pay them it resulted in name calling 😅 Kudos Korewaa.
I understand your frustration...I've worked with almost all these men on past projects...they have gotten used to me and we work well together but it's always a struggle to find good tradesmen here in Ghana at first.

Yes I remember your comment it was on the small apartment build 😃....it actually got me thinking...and just recently, I changed some of my sliding windows in my getting started house to louvre blade windows and boooyyy....the difference to airflow is massive. I probably will show the process here on CZcams very soon.
