@@RaymondHng Actually, Constitutionally even the Senate itself can't set term limits on itself. This was actually an issue in the 1990's, the SCOTUS ruled that setting term limits on the Congress would require a Constitutional amendment.

There are two things I remember most about Senator Feinstein. I remember her sleazy treatment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh during the supreme court confirmation process. I also remember her complete ignorance about firearms and what is and what is not an assault rifle during the Senate hearing. Outside of that, I always thought she was brain-dead.
