Everyone always thinks steroids just make you huge, and while that’s what will happen if you stack some dbol and test, steroids can also make you fast, recover faster, have greater endurance, increase aggression, etc.
AND ME that’s the great misconception they think it’s the same thing bodybuilders tame or think athletes train/diet like bbuilders
And different steroids do different things. Taking dbol would be stupid for a fighter, it causes so much water retention youd be in a completely new weight class lmao
With all those perks I always assumed many fighters take roids to overcome injuries caused from sparring.
Steroids is also used as a far more blanket term than it should be. A lot of performance enhancing drugs arent steroids but are too often called sterioids.

If you've been around people who have done Peds for twenty years or so...You chuckle when people say "Dud, no way that so and so is on steroids...Muscle size can be a barometer for those that advertise there horse regiman but Idk what it is...
Taaking steroids doesn't magically put muscles on you...YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO LIFT...HARD.
And many don't even lift and take steroids...It is an amazing healing tool and if someone simply only did grappling, JuJu etc they aren't going to look any more different then the next guy...BUT THEY WILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE.
Steroids do so much more then just give someone a decent physique if that what they aim for.
Faster healing and less sleep is needed. Those two alone are a superior advantage without the muscles.

Ped's are not only for muscle and strenght , they Can be used for endurance , for agressivity , for better focus , even e sport progamers use ped's ( for focus , and better brain activity ) also formule 1 drivers , and cyclistes , it doesn't give automaticly the bodybuilder look because in a fight there is a lot of thing you can cheat on.
