Worked amazing, so simple. This was my last effort before I tossed it. I did use the hose cleaner tool too! THANK YOU
I cant believe my issue was this simple. I havent had to use it for about a month, and i thought something broke it. I also wet the end of my spray nozzle, and immediately, it started to suction and spray. Thank you!!!
I might suggest putting the hose cleaner tool on to promote sucking that air bubble out. I was having this issue and that hose cleaner tool helped speed the process considerably
Thank you. This saved me !
Thanks and add water to the waste tank it works quckly
Omg that actually fixed my problem, thank you!!!
Thanks this has saved the day!
Thank you!!! Fixed it in less than 10 seconds!
Took a few tries but finally got mine working. In addition to everything you suggested, I also removed the solution tank and turned the main unit upside down a couple times (power off of course!) then one last try with the hose cleaner and bam it was good again. I had been trying for about 30 min and was about to give up. Only my 3rd time using it so I woulda been bummed. Thanks!
Thanks! Brand new unit and i couldnt figure out what was wrong. I put the cleaner on a shelf and ran the hose rinse tool for a few minutes below the unit and it started spraying water like a charm
After trying several different things, I was about to give up. After putting on the hose cleaner, turning it on, lifting the water tank up, then holding the trigger while slowly lowering the tank back into place, it started working again.
I think there should a Class Action open on Hoover for the clean slate, its a faulty machine so many complain of the same issue- obviously there is a huge problem with the machine, I have been trying to make this work for over and hour this will be my 3rd time ever using this machine.
None of the suggestions worked on machine but want to Thank you.
With That being said : "LETS ADDRESS THE DEEPER PROBLEM?" Any other suggestions? PLEASE - THANK YOU
same here.
Literally my third time trying to use it today and it’s not working 😂
Unfortunately this didn’t fix mine!
Yeaaa it worked, it took about 3min. Thank you soo much 💪🏾
Thank you so much ❤️🙏 your video really helped me 🥳
Yay! I’m glad you’re up and running again. Happy cleaning.
you gave the second life to my machine :)
Awesome. The table trick worked!
Yes. Need venting. Thanks.
Thank you
Worked, thanks!
Tried almost everything here and what worked was cleaning the dirty hose by sucking water through it then used the hose cleaner tool to get the sprayer started. Made sure the dirty tank had some water in it too. Good luck!
Thank you so much!
Also had air bubbles after unboxing! Attempted these same helpful steps several times, then finally had success with the help of the Hose Flush attachment and moving different sections of the hose like a snake to have "high points" to find the air bubble. Thanks for the video!
Awesome! Sounds like you were able to get it working. Glad to hear it!
thank u!! at first i took the whole wand and nosel piece apart (i unscrewed it) because i thought that was the issue since it worked before. nope it wasn’t and i struggled really bad to get it back together but i did! had to prime mine for 2.5 mins, i timed it lol but now it works great!!
Awesome I’m glad it worked! Happy cleaning!!
How did you put the nosel back together? I made this mistake too
@@abbiepotts9172 honestly i don’t remember, i think it was just a guessing game since i knew the general placement😅
It worked! Thanks
You’re welcome! I’m hanks for letting me know. Happy cleaning.
Thanks! It worked!! 🎉
That's great! Glad it worked.
First video I watched! Quick and straight to the point- I ended up having an air bubble!!
Awesome, glad it was helpful!
Check the “black flapper” on the clean tank. Mine was stuck and created a vacuum inside clean tank and the water would not flow. Use a paper clip to push the sides of the flapper through the holes on top to relieve the pressure inside the clean tank. The hose cleaning tool speeds up the whole priming process
Thanks. I needed to prime
With the hose cleaner attachment on, I tapped the nozzle on the ground while holding the trigger and it started spraying
i tried this for like 5 min fully elevated and nothing BUT THEN i tried pulling the trigger and sucking the spray peice and immediately got flow!
That’s brave! Glad it worked for you. That reminds me of a movie where someone’s syphoning gas from a car or something. 😂
This fixed mine! Thank you so much!
Awesome! I’m glad it worked!
I saw another video months back that explained this. I was so happy because it worked for me instantly! However, it started doing the same 20 mns later and I had to do this over and over again to get it to work. Now, it isn’t doing the trick. Wonder what else I could try? The suction and motor work fine.
You could try putting on the hose rinse tool. Then follow the same instructions in the video by holding the handle below the water tank. If and when water does start flowing I would let it run for 5 minutes straight ensuring any water bubbles in the line are flushed out. Sorry you’re having issues I hope this helps!
Same issue, nothing no matter what. This thing is garbage, I'm waiting to hear back from the company. Fortunately it still works as a wet vac.
I just had trouble with mine and it worked after I manually poured some liquid over the stain and started vacuuming it. I then went in again and accidentally held the sprayer down and it started spraying,
In Canada, buddy at Canadian Tire corp confirmed 80% of these sold through out Canada are returned back to the store they were purchased from . Can. Tire is dropping the product line at end of 2024 when inventory is depleted.
Wow, thanks!
You’re welcome! Did it fix your issue?
@@MyProjectWeekend Yes! I felt so empowered. Thanks again
Mine is still not working! Help!
So I tried this and water started leaking under main unit....no water ever came out of upholstery attachment....
It started working for me when I poured some water on the ground and suctioned it up, must’ve looses or cleared something in the pipe
Awesome thanks for sharing!!
Still not working help please
Mine isn’t sucking up water
La use dos veces la limpie y cuarde y ahora quice volver a usarla y no abierta agua
Lo mismo me paso a mi y en eso estoy ya hice todo lo que dicen y no funciona
A mi también me pasa justo hoy
Nothing and it’s just out the box
Held it for more than 2 mins several times
Some users say it helps to add the self cleaning tool while following the same instructions. Also, some have said that they had to remove and attach the cleaning solution tank multiple times to help get water moving through the hose.
Thanks for the video! 100% lost its prime.
You’re welcome! I’m glad it helped!
I watched the video carefully and cannot figure this out. It is not working. Please give me a phone number that I can call someone or help me in some other way.
same here
Same… brand new and not working. Waste of money and now my time.
Same here! A complete waste of money! Definitely I'm going to report this scam to Amazon!
@@leoaidev Hey, I actually called the help desk & left a call back number. They may get back to you within 2-5 hours but when they do they will walk you through troubleshooting & get info from you to pull up where you ordered from (if amazon, they usually give a 1 year warranty for free). If you have that, then they will send you an email with instructions to get a replacement! Just did it today. Have not checked if the email was sent yet thought
though*
Thank you! Bought a brand new cleaner and the hose wouldn't spray. It was all about priming!
