All good. Got it resolved. Found out the last three buttons in the combination is based on serial number. Just a quick chat with Xbox customer support fixed it. But thanks for the helpful video. Now we know its left trigger, right trigger, x, y, lb, rb, (then the three buttons which are different depending on serial number). If only there was a way to document which range of serial numbers is every different end to the master reset code would save a lot of time.
I haven't done so in a while since I don't own a 360 anymore but u can try Your Microsoft account must be an adult account. The console must be registered in your name Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details. Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code
