@@TheNickLoffree Your voice is indeed quite pleasing to the ears. I don't know why, but when I was practicing, I was thinking about Japan for some reason, and it was revealed at the end it was shot in Okinawa. Crazy! I've never been to Japan by the way.

Is this a good routine for morning Anxiety? I wake up almost every day feeling anxious. And then it sticks with me all day…
I've been doing this for a week and feel like I am finding benefit from it. How is this working? Where do I go from here? I can see other videos but they are for specific sessions. Is there a play list to follow for a week or a month of exercises or am I better off just sticking to this daily if I am finding it good?
