    Nick, thanks for resetting my compass. Your unique ability to convey chi gong concepts so the western mind can understand and internalize it marks you as a leader in bringing chi gong to everyone. Friends of mine in the medical field who have suffered for years with chronic health issues with no help from western medicine have turned their health around when introduced to your methods of sharing chi gong and TCM. Thanks again.

    Thank you Nick, I sincerely hope that following you will improve my physical and mental health. I intend to practice every morning, concentrating on the areas of my body that need a lot of help. I am in my early 70s and want my remaining years to be as healthy and peaceful as possible. I believe that daily Qigong will help me achieve this.

    I love this one so much! The Metal element practices just feel so good to my body. I love the Tiger and Crane movements. Living in the Rockies, I often imagine them as Cougar and Sandhill Crane, just to relate to the creatures who live in my environment more. I keep coming back to this one over and over again. Such a breathtaking location too. I love all of the places you film in. I really like how you can hear the natural environment too. One of my favorite things about your DVD are all the birds and wind sounds you can hear.

    After a few years of a chronic illness, my mind/body/heart is giving me a message my large intestine/lungs need some love and are a key culprit. I am holding on to the past, grief, etc. I need to let go. I feel the blockage on the left side of my body and my vagus nerve is stuck. What is interesting is I also am so sensitive to metals environmentally. This may be a little out there but is my heightened metal sensitivity connected to this as well, since I know this is the METAL element?

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  Před rokem

      Hmm I suppose it could be. I don’t know that Chinese medicine had much to say about heavy metals, but in western medicine I believe the liver would be the major organ for detoxing them. However, the liver gets very congested when the large intestine is sluggish or inflamed, so resolving that can be helpful indirectly.
