A lot of people keep saying this, but the psychologists who evaluate criminals aren't stupid (not saying that's what you said). Plenty of people "act" crazy to try and get an insanity plea, but it is seldom granted. He has zero chance of getting it. The main thing is intent and premeditation that rules out the plea.
An insanity plea is thankfully not what people think it is. It wouldn't get him out of trouble, it would just put him in a different kind. Proving you're sane once you get locked up like that is incredibly difficult. And as said before the people evaluating his mental health will be aware of the stunts people pull, even if he's mentally ill it doesn't mean it's the reason for his actions.

It’s actually true unfortunately. He was “wrongfully accused of spamming”, therefor once Instagram reviewed his content and found no spamming, his account was restored. 😔 Everyone had the best intentions, just didn’t think about the fact that they were reporting his page for something that wasn’t actually true. But I mean, I guess he hasn’t technically broken any rules on Instagram so I’d say that one’s gonna be a doozy to try and get taken down.
