Might have to take a break from hooping and go back to fishing. Angel from FnS texted me earlier today and said he only caught 2 legals out of Redondo a couple days ago. I haven't been beyond the break wall since lobster season started but I'm pretty sure the commercial traps are all over beyond the wall from HB to San Pedro. I see the commercial traps from Doheney to past Salt Creek.
commercial traps lined up basically all of OC down to Pedro and south of OC border too, a lot of them baited their traps early too but FnG never cares about commercial people
Yes, not only commercial traps are out there. There are multiple different commercials competing against one another. I saw purple buoys, red buoys, yellow buoys, and green buoys out there. They all had P and their commerical license numbers on their buoys.

I plan to go to Ocean Beach Pier tomorrow to try my luck and see if I can catch lobsters. I get very seasick when I go out on a boat. I envy you!
Ask your local pharmacy about seasick patches. Also try the ginger chews.
