I love how floored he is by his wife introducing herself.
That's love, buddy. I know he spun it into a joke about being turned on, but I am fairly certain she really got right at his heart there and he just had one of those 'man I love my wife' moments on-camera.

They are the 21st Century's version on George & Gracie Allen. Google them if you don't get the reference.
Yeah, Burns and Allen set the standard for adorable couples on TV. George once said he had the easiest job in comedy, playing straight man to Gracie's mad libs. I don't think we'll see that so much, but Evie has a fast, sly wit of her own and she works perfectly with Stephen. I hope Evie gets more on-camera time.

He's like the nerd who got the prom queen to marry him. I love her shocked expression and the way she said it was "The Mandalorian". "You don't make mistakes about this. Not you" Not about Star Wars. That's really important to you". I love it! They're totally devoted to each other and she puts up with his hardcore nerd interests. It brings tears to my eyes it's so perfect.Their interplay is great and Evie is getting some good lines in there. It might be time to give Evie her own show. Come on CBS. You've got that great streaming app that absolutely nobody cares about after today what with the DIsney You'd get a heap of new subscribers if Evie had her own show. I don't care what kind of show or how you go about making it but we need more of this glorious human being.

@@akinpaws As do I. She shows a kindness and an interest in what people are saying without seeming show business like. I adore Steven but his interviewing has never been great if it's a promotional guest which it usually is. It always seems kind of forced because you know they planned everything out. It's why I still think Craig Ferguson was the best interviewer. He'd tear up the cards as a show that they're just chatting which made for some great conversations. Evie wouldn't necessarily need to make it humorous which could create some honest moments. In case anyone thought I was joking I was not. I've put some thought into it. Get on it CBS.
