Beef has never tasted this good! This beef melts in your mouth!

Hello guys, this should just be on top of your list when it comes to making beef stew. Super simple to make and packed with so much flavors, you will loveeee it. Serve it with Chapati and you will really enjoy this.
Ingredients:
For beef stock:
-400grms beef fillet
-4 cups water
-1 tsp salt
-2 bay leaves
For beef Stew:
-1 carrot
-1 medium white onion
-1 aubergine/eggplant
-2 tomatoes
-2 garlic cloves
-2 medium potatoes
-1tbsp tomato paste
-1/2tsp dry thyme
-1/2tsp dry rosemary leaves
-1tsp paprika powder
-1tsp salt
-1/2tsp crushed black pepper
-1 beef cube

I've heard so many times that putting salt while boiling meat hardens it. How true is it?

I always boil my meat or chicken or anything with salt...never experienced that

I think if you are cooking it for a long time like this stew it’s fine. If adding it to quick cooking steak for example you should wait until it’s cooked. If, you want to add the flavour you can add it up to 45 minutes or longer ahead but let it sit uncovered in your fridge for that time.
