I like that he calls them the asgardians of the galaxy
Thor: Love and Lesbians....you mean.
Stupid Plot.
TOO WOKE FOR ME.
Get back to the REAL MCU...Not the M-SHE-U and lesbians.
Actually mjolnir was still laying on the same ground where it was shattered
They just dug around it to make a pedestal
What about the other Loki variants?
There were actually five Hemsworths in the movie Chris, his brother Luke, the Asgardian actor, Chris' wife, Elsa, the wolf woman, son Tristan, child Thor, and daughter, India who played Love
Bless you, Sir.
There were actually 6, Chris Hemsworth's other son played one of the Asgardian children
@@queercreatureencounters5326 Really? I hadn't heard of another Hemsworth child
I did hear that Natalie Portman, Christian Bale and Taika Watiti put their own kids in the movie though but I don't know who was who
@@dragonweyr44 Yeah, all of their kids were in the movie. Hemsworth's other twin son Sasha included
@@queercreatureencounters5326 if all of these Hemsworths are in the movie then why is it that the only child listed in the credits was Tristan?
Not even India who played Love was named in the credits
So Thor whispered an enchantment to the hammer just like his father did in the first movie. To keep Jane safe. I totally get that!
Ya cuz he has the OdinForce now.
If you have not seen it yet you need to not going to give major spoilers but I will say he puts a enchantment on a weapon multiple times in the movie
And he later did the same with Asgardian kids
But how did it keep her safe ? She using it lead to her death
Power of Love
Love : I did nothing!
Me : Not you!
The biggest reveal was that 'Asgardians practiced cannibalism of their children' but they don't do that anymore. Those were dark times.
I actually laughed at that.
@@jeringatai3156 same
Maybe that's why Thor and Jane weren't too worked up over the kids getting kidnapped and kept joking and flirting. The Asgardians could just have more kids if they get hungry.
6:30 correction, Thor did not recognize her as one of the Valkyrie that fought hella. Due to the fact that Thor didn't know the hella existed to be defeated by the Valkyries. He just recognized her as a valkyrie in general. Odin hide the fact that hella existed form Thor
Odin.
That whole story did not make any sense.... the idea that Thor did now even know Hella existed.
Writers these days can't form a coherent plausible story to save their lives.
The MCU while enjoyable at first, was a cluster-phuk. As far as I am concerned the whole story ended
with the movie, 'Infinity War'. Thanos was the good guy, he won. Yea! 'Endgame' was shit.
I’m wondering if Jane’s cancer and the fact that the doctor says that her body is rejecting the treatment, had to do with her body holding an infinity stone in Dark World?
Her mom had cancer so it could have been hereditary
In the comics the powers from Mjolnir cancel out the chemo. The film version did the same
There's a CZcamsr called Variant Comics. He actually covers dozens if not a few hundred comic stories. Anyways, he covered The Mighty Thor which is Jane's version of Thor in great detail. Check it out, it explains the answer to your question
The flashback of Thor and Jane’s break up made perfect sense. One of the greatest questions answered. Same goes for the scene involving Jane and Mjolnir.
I would have never thought his daughter played love. Very wholesome Mr.Hemsworth please continue as Thor. You made a grown man childhood stay spectacular. God bless you and please be safe you and your beautiful family!!!!
So far saw the movie like 5 times or more, Natalie Portman is loved more this time than Thor. She was beautiful, she was sort of "Hulky", she was adorable, she was very very strong and same time she was sick fighting for her life. In one word, she was as astounding as ever. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I never thought personally that she would be playing that character in such a potential. A big salute to her.
I'm so sad she died tho😢glad to see Uncle Thor became a dad sorta
yes bro...natalie was absolutely amazing in this movie
The hammer was never moved it stayed in its spot where it was destroyed. And if you look closely you can see they dug around it and there is stairs to go below it.
Hi, question. How did the hammer actually puzzle together? I am autoimmune and have to wait for Disney+ to air it. I dont like spoilers but I chose to have internet. Every video I watch never tells the little detail of how, i assume it lifts and combines and floats to her, but no one is telling. Cancer sucks, for both Jane and well me.
@@wiccanroo6686 you're correct
@@rynn0077 Thank you very much. I appreciate you
2:15 Correction !!!! when you're talking about Thor's hammer it never left the spot where it was broken. They just built a shrine around it in Norway. You said in the video that it was moved to Norway when it was always in Norway
Lies
@@bobbybobstar1496 who?
@@bobbybobstar1496 no, what he said is accurate
@@RoboBongoCuckooCop its not
@@bobbybobstar1496 it is true. I just went to cinema 3 hours ago
Mjolnir was in the exact same spot where Hela destroyed it. The made that New Asgard because Odin said this could be Asgard.
I’d love to see Beta Ray Bill in the MCU some day
Would be interesting how close to the comics he would appear
Same here! Who is your choice to play him? I’m thinking Doug Jones or Toby Kebbell given there motion capture experience.
Agreed
I would love to see beta ray bill I think he was confirmed to already exist in the mcu in ragnarok
Same thing! I wanna see what does he look like in Live action
Me: "I wonder what the Guardians and Thor adventures gonna be? How their humor plays off on each other?"
Disney: "Here is Jane Thor."
💯💯💯
My question: in a universe where almost anything is possible, why isn't there a spell that cures cancer yet?
💯💯💯💯. Especially considering there’s the _MULTIVERSE_
In the comics, I forgot which race he was but he mocked Iron Man saying that earth has a technology to build a moon base, cure cancer and open dimensions but they're always busy fightning among themselves.
There could be a spell but it might cause horrific side effects. This movie even makes that point - Jane can cure the cancer as Mighty Thor, but at the cost of speeding it up as Jane Foster.
So for eradicating the cancer, maybe it drives you insane or something.
To be honest it's a super hero genre problem. If Mr. Fantastic can invent a portal to the Negative Zone and Pym can locate Pym Plot Point Particles, then yeah, someone can cure cancer. Even without magic.
To be fair in the comics, Dr. Octopus claims he *can* but won't because, evil.
Only the klintar can cure cancer, not with a spell but a bond.. Symbiote's for anyone who didn't read it.
I remembered captain marvel talking about elixirs that can cure extreme cases
2:16 tell me you didn't watch any of the Thor movies without telling us you didn't watch the Thor movies. the spot where Odin died, where Hela first encountered Thor and Loki and where she destroyed his hammer became New Asgard after the events of Infinity War
Exactly! New Asgard is in Norway!
In the movie, the shot when jane sees the hammer pieces, the stone where his father died and hella broke the hammer is also clearly shown in the bg
Where was Thor and Gorr's_Daughter staying? Is Thor still traveling the cosmos to find people who need his help?
Yes, they in a spaceship
The guardians of the Galaxy took their ship and went off to answer those 3,000 distress calls...
Yes.
I think the Enchantress would be a awesome addition as a villain to team up with Hercules. As Hercules could eventually become good or get killed off early. So there definitely needs to be another antagonist. Otherwise Cul Borson would be my next pick.
New Asgard is in Norway
It’s why Odin says ‘this can be Asgard’ in ragnorok.
Can you do top 10 Thor stories from the comics which could be adapted to the MCU as part of his second trilogy movies?
Can you do top 10 actors who could have replaced Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa /Black Panther in the MCU before Kevin Feige announced that he will not be recasted? I know this feels unnecessary but we're all curious to know
They actually just lifted up the soil and put a memorial around it. It was mentioned by Darryl the guide :)
Would love to see Enchantress and Ulik in a sequel.
And mangog
@@narrowsource and Beta Ray Bill
Finally got to see Thor Love and Thunder Four days after it came out and I’m all caught up on the MCU VERSE.I personally loved the movie Thor is one of the Few Og Superheroes still around so I give him his flowers. My only gripe is I wish we could’ve saw God Butcher Gorr kill more gods and how his fight against Siff went down and how Siff survived the encounter. But other than that I loved The Movie
They made it very clear in the movie that Mjolnir is laying in the exact piece of grass that it fell to in ragnarok. You also state someone moved it from Norway to New Asgard, even though New Asgard is IN Norway. Very sloppy research as always, Mojo...
WatchMojo uses Wikipedia articles as a main source. So, don’t expect quality research.
Esp considering the shot when jane sees the hammer pieces, the stone where his father died and hella broke the hammer is also visible
The New Asgard is where mjolnier breaks.
I watched it, I liked it
Thor Love and Thunder is far better than it’s critics and naysayers think.
One just has to be patient and listen carefully to the dialog. Tonally one would think it’s going to be camp, but the story really pays off.
Christian Bale is perfect as Gorr, and Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor should’ve had a solo film.
Yes, it was fantastic.
Love is Thor's Niece, not his daughter.
I never asked for Jane back. For some reason, they decided to answer that.
Cus y not
Well good thing it’s not about you.
Literally no one asked for Jane back 🤣🤣
No one asked for it, but imo I’m sure glad they did.
@@Bmhtsos18 but atleast her characterisation improved and her performance and chemistry is praised a lot...even her reason of being 'worthy' has been clearly explained and i m glad that she is back...in fact i wish the movie was at least 30 minutes longer so that jane and gorr had a little more screentime. And her death in the movie was in fact a fitting farewell to her character
I totally thought that was Christian bales daughter! She is so comfortable acting
It was also weird how they didn't talk about the different times they had the seven eight years for him for five for her. That should have been a conversation
You uploaded this video when I was watching the movie
Oh wow this movie was amazing I loved it from beginning to end. I'm sure there cooking up something big with all these new movies and shows
I Absolutely Loved Thor Love and Thunder I want more Thor movies I want Chris Hemsworth to continue being Thor for along time I can't wait to see Thor Love and Thunder again on Disney Plus and to get my steelbook copy as well
Thank you watchmojo video mcu @
I watched it last night Australia 🇦🇺
We really enjoyed the movie 🍿
I enjoyed Thor and Jane’s time together on screen. Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman’s chemistry is amazing. That’s why Thor and Jane are the MCU’s Greatest Couple.
@@luckybuckeye2283 yes such a nice movie but he really has lost his whole family and his love Gf
So still the biggest thing in my mind is, Thor said to GoTG in Infinity war, that they are not strong enough to wield the mighty weapon that has the capability to kill Thanos....so how does Love?
I assume it would be because Love was brought back by eternity, a being of cosmic power, since she has that power equal to or stronger than thor's that makes her strong enough. I hope this clears things up a little bit
@@djflow3046 I like this theory but again this opens up a possibility of does every person who gets reborn will have an essence of its benefactor's power.
What if Love is supposed to become Captain Universe in Phase 5 or Phase 6, whenever the current heroes will fight the big big baddie.
Didn't Heimdall's son also use it to teleport the kids?
@@shinkounova8485 he had power of thor.
Any chance that we might see Jane Foster come back as a Valkyrie with Undrjarn in the MCU just like in the Comics?
It's so awesome to see Idris Elba reprise his role as Heimdall. What do you think he would say about the New Asgard and the current status of Thor?
No chance she is dead just deal with it
I believe she’ll be Back as a Valkyrie! king Valkyrie said she wanted a sister!
No she’s dead.
Love is actually Entity's child. Entity kind of "took on" Love. Meaning, her figure. Love has super human strength, and she is a God. Which is also why she's worthy of thors hammer. I'm excited to see what they will do with her.
All gods ain't worth of mjölner, and some humans are.
She never had Thor hammer 🔨 he gave her Strombreaker! Which has no enchantment on it and any body can weld it!
She can't handle Mjolnir, that's why she wields stormbreaker
Christian Bale is amazing as always. Chris hemsworth body is truly God like
Can you do comic book origin of Marvel's Heimdall?
What are u talking about? The main MCU mjolnier was still right where the pieces landed when hela broke it. Same place, same spot in Norway. Nobody moved the pieces. What?
Thor can keep going as long as he wants !!
He’s Thor
Everyone that thor's love has perished
1. His Mother
2. His father
3. His Brother
4. His friends
5. His planet
and now, his Loved one
I wonder if thor recognize this or not
He still on his hero journey...

Keep Jane safe but ended up being the thing that made her die quicker
amazing how Gorr is first non-family member Thor film villain sympathized with and didn't killed him as he knew how is it to lose everything
film was more serious after escape from Zeus
Great.
Ese saludo de thor estuvo bueno 😂😂😂
Well, at least things like this might give some us some sense of relief, harmony, and closure in terms of what happened in between their lives in the ever expanding MCU. Or at least, something that’s somewhat closer to it anyway.
This movie was Great and a lot of people are hating For no reason😑
Absolutely loved it. But, as an atheist and a father who lost a daughter, I may be biased. Kill all gods! 😉
WTF people hated it, I loved it though
Yeah that's why people criticize movies these days or dislike them, 0 reason.. like I said standards and criticism in 2022 are dead
Yeah I don’t agree with the people who hate it, but I do agree with those that think some parts of the movie could have been better. Like more emphasis on Gorr’s killing and Zeus not losing that easily. Those could have been done better.
The only thing I don't like about this film is they added jokes in serious moments.
Was the bit about dying after the battle true or was it just Thor doing whatever it took to keep his friend and sister in arm alive?
Mjolnir never left where hella left it , new Asgard was built near the spot where Odin died and a temple built around where the hammer was shattered until Jane foster took them.
New Asgard is Tønsberg, and that’s in Norway.
Finally answers
I love Gorr but I would like to know if The Grand Master dies because he was on the set and so was Peter Dinklage
I really hoped they introduce beta ray bill in the movie but guess we gotta wait for da nxt thor coz his such a cool character and is basically equal 2 thor in power so it be interesting 2 see
I can’t be the only one who wants a romance between Sif and Valkyrie
lol
Why was Gorr the God Butcher the main villain of Thor 4 Love and Thunder if Mighty Thor was introduced in this movie? It could have been either Dario Agger the Minotaur or Mangog since she fought against them in the comics?
Would it have been awesome if we saw Gorr the God Butcher teaming up with Mangog in this movie?
Cool
It wasn't an alternate universe Mjolnir in Endgame -- Thor just went into the past.
Kinda wish Valkyrie and Lady Sif interacted considering Valkyie replaced Sif in Ragnarok and both should've joined thor in the final Gor battle in the end.
Suggestion. Top 10 Thor Villains!
The hammer wasn’t moved to new Asgard it’s the spot where Hella destroyed it where Odin died.
I was hoping Frog Thor would have made an appearance, he must still be trapped in a jar in the void?
The Hulk knew a lot of Asgardians that were killed by Hela and then Thanos, especially the Asgardian warriors were mostly wiped out. Only some Asgardian warriors survived but a lot civilians were killed by Thanos. The Hulk might had resurrected them too when he undusted the ppl that got snapped out of existence. Heimdall should had been resurrected by Hulk too. In Endgame's final battle, there were a lot of Asgardian warriors during that battle and likely a lot of them died again fighting against Thanos' ground forces. They probably went to Valhalla again leaving only most of the civilians to rebuild Asgard civilization. The Infinity Stones were concentrated aspects of existance&Thanos didn't destroy as much as dispersed them. With the Infinity Gauntlet being used a couple of times several years after they were dispersed, their remains would had been attracted to Earth. The last living host of the Reality Stone is Jane and it's likely the reason that when she returned back, the Aether was attracted to her and it started growing inside her just like DarkWorld.
What’s funny is a new Asgard king of reminds me of Disney World a little bit
The asgardians picked up the hammers pieces with the soil itself, thor didn't have to go and help them move it
Mutual dumping 😅😂😂
0:43 well Easy! Portman didn't like marvel movies only to come back for a bigger cachet!
6:58 yep, guilty I Always was asking myself this important question....
What do you think happened to the Guardians of the Galaxy when they went to check on the other worlds who's Gods were destroyed by Gorr the God Butcher?
What do you think is going to be the plot of their third movie apart from Counter Earth, Half World, the High Evolutionary and Adam Warlock?
How do you think the Guardians of the Galaxy would defend themselves from Will Poulter Adam Warlock without Thor? How do you think they would get Adam Warlock on their side?
Guardians 3
Saw it yesterday
I hope a fifth Thor movie gets green lit 'cause it would be a fitting end for Hemsworth's character if he ends up perishing in Phase Five
No one went back to Norway, new Asgard is in the exact spot Odin died
Are Clint Barton Hawkeye, Thor and Hulk the only surviving members of the original Avengers who made it to the next phase of the MCU after the Infinity Saga? How many of you think that the MCU is completely different without Steve Rodgers Captain America, Iron Man and Black Widow along with everything that has changed from the Infinity Saga like New Asgard on Earth, Sony taking back Tom Holland's Spider-Man after Spider-Man No Way Home since he neither did not appear in the Marvel Studios intro of Thor 4 nor being featured in Avengers Con during the Miss Marvel Disney Plus show, Scarlet Witch breaking bad during the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and T'Challa /Black Panther not appearing in his second movie?
Well technically it depends who you count as an Avenger and whether you're going by real life or in story chronology. Technically Nick Fury is aligned with them although he's more SHIELD than Avenger but he's still active.
Otherwise, yes, out of the OG group it's Thor, Hulk and Hawkeye. Cap is elderly and / or dead, Iron Man went I Am Iron Man, and Black Widow had a terrible send off. But that's only half the original team.
And if you count Phil, that's complicated whether he's dead, alive or in another timeline. I like to think Agents of SHIELD is canon though.
T'Challa is most likely dead, now, since Chadwick has passed away; R.I.P., Chadwick, the Black Widow film takes place between Civil War, and Infinity War/Endgame, Tom Holland has stated that he wants to take a break from doing movies for a while, and the reasons why Spidey isn't in both the Marvel Studios logo intro, and the Avengers Con, in episode 1 of Ms. Marvel, because of Sony.
Yes “Thor: Love and Thunder” did answer some questions, but then also raised furthermore questions..

Bro Hela was such a good villlain
Heimdal suddenly has a son.
New Asgard IS in Norway. The movie says that a couple of times and even shows a tour guide saying the hammer is still in the exact spot where it was broken because no one can move it. your writers need to pay better attention to the movies they’re getting paid to write about.
Agreed, and also Thor not knowing who Hela was is a big part of Ragnarok, so suggesting he knew Bruunhilde participated on the attack on Hela, he wouldn't even know about that to ask the question to get the answer.
I was expecting the Enchantress to make an appearance before the trailers came out.
