jane and thor dating montage
mighty thor apperiance
Christian Bale is hands down the best part of this movie. Shame they treated Gorr like a one off villain.
Fr he barley got scene time for a villian😭💀
@THE JUGGL3R I agree it was a good performance despite him having a limited role in story.
Ik it sacrilege to compare them but he did get parts of Heath's chilling smile when he was talking to the kids
A villain never sees himself as a villain but as someone misunderstood. Such is the case with Gor
I totally agree
The slideshow of how Thor and Jane’s initial relationship fell apart
Kinda feels like the tragic tale of how some celebrity couples fall apart
The entire sequence in the shadow realm was by far the highlight of the movie for me. It’s the one time where they take things mostly seriously, and Bale gets to flex his acting ability.
My top three favorite moments are the screaming goats, tiny Thors towards the end of the movie, and my absolute favorite is this is my princess (6 years old) first time watching a movie in a theater… we also watched this in 3D… her reactions when the movie first started with the 3D glasses were absolutely priceless!!!!
Despite I liking this movie, I was expecting something more on par with Ragnarok. This movies feels even more goofy then the last one, which I usually enjoy, but now I can see that going to much can make your movie feel like the Fantastic Four from the 2000’s. At least there legit funny moments and amazing visuals in this movie, but it could’ve been more serious. I give a 6 out of 10.
Indeed. This has become a "running gag" among various MCU movies. They make serious characters into funny idiots, for example Hulk, Thor, Zeus, Korg and Dr. Strange. And while there is nothing bad to include some humor to the character in some situations, the MCU took it WAY too far. Besides, the annoying Woke Culture references and absurd plots, like the one from Dr. Strange: Into the Multiverse of Madness, do NOT help this.
So yeah, the MCU is BAD.
I see where people say it leaned too far into comedy. This was the perfect film to have 2 versions, this one and a more serious version. MCU films tend to always want to be epic and that sometimes fails them: Like SM-NWH. The movie was good but the score was horrendous. People want to say it’s an example of what to do when it was in fact the opposite.
Its legit a kids movie...
@@henrickhansel which is fine, seeing as we grew up with these characters, should we not wanna pass them off to the younger generation? If it's for kids that makes it just fine for everyonem
@@bbsy1 no I think the fans are the ones clammering for something epic of Infinity Wars scope all the time, these are actually just to build character depth until the EPIC saga comes along, hence all the series(love them or hate them).
My favorite scene in the movie is when Gorr has a 1 vs 3 in the Shadow Realm and destroys all 3 of them it just sucks that the movie didn't have enough Gorr in it, honestly if they had a re-release for this film I'd watch it if it includes more God butchering
My favorite part of this entire movie was when Thor said “IT’S THUNDERIN TIME!” It truly was an amazing 10/10 scene!
It was the first time I’d seen my father cry tears of joy
That didn’t happen. But then again Jane beating up Gorr didn’t happen either and people still bitch about it.
@@bbsy1 the Joke went over your head
@@jamesbond1956 Well Morbius is the worst of the film in my view so I know why he used the joke. Thor Love and Thunder was enjoyable but what were people expecting after Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness?
The house being shocked as well as Thor makes it so funny. And the Goats, the goats are incredibly funny
The goats were funny..
10 fucking years ago.
A character dies and everybody cries
And then this character comes back, either by resurrection, time travel or because of the Multiverse
So everything becomes meaningless
Honestly, I was not expecting Thor to ride Stormbreaker Harry Potter style at the beginning of the movie nor was I expecting his trusty axe to be jealous of other weapons Thor wields
The latter was in the previews lol
The only rewatchable parts are where Christian Bale is in. He literally make this movie watchable
That’s what I’m saying
I like the moment when credits come up
💀💀W
Best part
Number 3, they are also parent and daughter in real life. Yes, that's Chris Hemsworth's daughter.
Thor is my favorite Avenger.
When he flew on Stormbreaker during the first battle, that was a combination of The Wicked Witch of the West and Quidditch players from Harry Potter. Thor should go to Hogwarts. There should be a magical school with gods. His speech that Thor gives to the kids is the best speech. It reminds me of the freedom speech from Braveheart.
The goats were the best part of this movie.
They're so hilarious.🐐🐐😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
Christian Bale... That's it.
The goats crashing Omnipotence City while "Sweet Child of Mine" blares in the background. That scene was the literal GOAT.
Thor: Love and Thunder is more fun than what critics give it credit for.
That's the problem. None of the subject matter warranted a bunch of "fun."
@@f1jones544 MCU has been undercutting serious moments since Phase 1 and what subject matter ? who was laughing at Gorr and Jane 's death?
I loved the movie, it had a lot comedic and heart wrenching moments. I would have liked to seen more of Gor fighting other Gods, but I think Taika Waititi made a real comic book movie. It was over the top and fun and reminded me of my childhood reading the comics and what I loved about them. I've watched it 3 times already.
I just saw this today when it arrived on Disney+ and tbh I enjoyed it! I think ppl who are disappointed with the current MCU are disappointed because they're expecting every movie to be the same quality as Avengers: Infinity War and are upset when they don't hold up to the standard of Infinity War, which is perfectly understandable. I can enjoy a movie without it being a masterpiece myself tho. There are several flaws with Love and Thunder, but I found it entertaining overall. My main criticism is how underutilized Gorr is as a character, honestly he had a really good backstory and was super menacing when he needed to be and Christian Bales performance really tied it together, I just wish we got to see more of that. I wouldn't have minded if there were a few scenes where Gorr killed some gods to really drive home how much of a threat he is. I think they may have gone a bit overboard with the humor in this one too, and it really could have done with some more serious points, but they didn't ruin the emotional moments between Jane and Thor, which I can appreciate. DEFINITELY not as bad as Multiverse of Madness, so I will give it that! Overall I'd probably rate it 6.5/10, so yeah, it's a good movie.
I agree with you most definitely.
This gets a massive THUMBS UP👍🏽!!!
@Paraone Ngatai I think it's one of the few movies Korg is in that would be better without him tbh bc he kinda did get annoying like 30 minutes in.
@Paraone Ngatai I also want to note that when I criticize a movie it's bc I legitimately want to production teams to improve at their craft, it's not that I dislike the movie, I like the movie a lot!
@Paraone Ngatai I like that they're branching from the comic book movie formula honestly. I just know they are capable of doing better than they have been lately that's all
Whether you hate Love and Thunder or like it we can all agree the Shadow Realm scene was absolutely amazing
Nr 1. The End Credits 😂
The Moment where Starlord said to look in the eyes of the people you love and thor moves in his way 👌🏻🤣
That ruined a nice moment
Thor and Love were just going for a walk.
A very enthusiastic walk.
Considering I've rewatched this movie last night, it seems fitting that I've watched a whole list dedicating to the movie.
Hell yes, and Gorr's one of my fav villains of phase 4. One of my favorite scenes in this is the backstory on how Thor and Jane's love fell apart slowly, and Thor finding his confidence when fighting against Thor.
Are we going to act like there are really 10 moments remotely rewatchable? That movie blew.
THIS MOVIE WAS HOT GARBAGE, Thank you christian Bale for trying to save this sh*t show.
Actually yes there are a lot of great moments in the movie as not everyone has the same opinion as you that's what you people have to understand people like different things lmao.
Not one good moment at all. Terrible piece of trash.
@@iraford5788 while what you are saying is true. People who like this movie are vast minority. 10% positive feedback is bad while the disagreeable 90% is having comments deleted is not fair treatment.
Also your way to passive putting a positive spin on an overall terrible movie. Pre release trailers hyped up original mcu fans to watch love and thunder but kept out any new controversial material that was not favorable to vast majority of mcu fans. This is known as a bait and switch. Hot topics aside the script alone terrible and can't carry its own weight even with triple A actors. Ppl came for Thor but got Sharknado instead, that is how bad the script is.
@@gashkage22 not even close I LOVED it and so did many many others !Do better !LMAO !🤣🤣🤣🤣
The goat scream and puff of ash hitting the planetoid in the shadow realm with just hilarious. Just like when the poor old coyote hits the ground having fallen off the cliff after being screwed over by the road runner!
I never want to watch this movie again...
*I went into the movie theater knowing what would already happen to jane. But it was still sad to know that the MCU just won't use mighty thor again.*
No one said that lol who knows wat we will see on secrect wars its was saod to be based off the 2015 run which had a team of only thors
@@klydejohnson7520 really? Then where could she pop up again and how can she be mighty thor again? I just don't see it happening if she's dead.
@@thereallg4587 in the comics, Jane is resurrected as a Valkyrie as shown in War of The Realms, Jane Foster: Valkyrie, King in Black: Return of the Valkyries and The Mighty Valkyries. So They’re possibly going to use that route and hopefully if the rumours are true, develop a “Jane Foster: Mighty Valkyrie” MCU tv series on Disney+ which shows Jane becoming a Celestial Valkyrie and a defender and ferrywoman of Valhalla and shows the burden of Jane becoming a permanent fighter of two realms and a guide to the deceased warriors of Asgard, which would eventually lead into the Secret Wars and boy it would be so satisfying to see Jane lead the warriors of Valhalla to battle and to fight alongside Thor one final time, ending her arc.
Thor yelling "JANE!?" in a Scooby-Doo tone was fucking hilarious
They lingered on that moment longer than necessary
Number 9 is a painful one for me. Not only was I tearing up over finally seeing Gorr's love for his daughter for myself, but that particularly scene is forever ingrained in my mind due to a particular betrayal by the man I once trusted and viewed as a father-my stepfather. Because of him, my mother has false accusations of abuse thrown against her, we're homeless (minus him and my stepbrother), and I have so much built up frustration and hatred for how he tore me away from my two youngest siblings (who are also his children btw), and worst of all, made me believe he cared about us at all. The scene just reminds of how he made me believe he cared about fighting to gain custody after the divorce, and nowadays, everything he's both done and doing to us prove he's nothing but a manipulative piece of trash, and he's profiting off our misery. Don't get me wrong, number 9 is a great scene, and one of my favorites, but will also forever be associated with my final memory of Him before he ruined our lives for better or for worse..
Remember when Watchmojo made the same kind of video for THE RISE OF SKYWALKER?
Disney is clearly paying top dollar for these videos
It said REWATCH ABLE. Not GOOD.
I Know plenty of people rewatched it just to make videos explaining why it sucks
hahaha " Thor we need you help to win this battle" !!
They need to make a Disney+ series where the Asgardian theatre troupe recaps events from all the MCU movies.
They did that with Olaf from Frozen. He recapped the classic Disney animated films.
I Absolutely loved Thor Love and Thunder just as much as Thor Ragnarok I hope the Director's cut of Thor Love and Thunder gets released soon
I loved watching thor love and thunder when i saw it in the cinema
The rock music when the mini-Thors attack is awesome.
1:14 that shot of him running with stormbreaker looks so bad
“You know Thor never gave me this kind of trouble. No! I want you to be more like Thor! I’ve wasted enough time here. I felt a tremor, a child has been born with the mask. Find it! Find the baby, and it will appear the mask!” Odin Son of the Mask
Christian Bale is too good for the MCU
His performance was the only thing good about this movie
Agreed ×10
Yeah pretty much
How many comments you gonna make on here ??
I have two favorite moments. The first one is what ever scene that I fell asleep in. The second, and I cannot stress this enough, was when the credits started rolling. I mean c'mon you can't beat a movie that gives you a quick nap and an energized speed walk out of your seat and back into your car.
I love comedy but this movie did not make me laugh in the 40 minutes I watched today. This is the first time I've ever fast forwarded a movie to the literal end. I absolutely disliked everything about this movie and I don't know how test screening scores were considered high enough to move forward and release this film, I'm sorry y'all 😭
Oh look, we have a comedian here. Why don't you go back to watching Batman v Superman.
@@tonythehappynerd7241 oh look, we have someone who thinks a false choice is an argument.
@@tonythehappynerd7241 Sure. The theatrical version of BVS is still better. Thor: Love and Blunder dosen't hold a candle to the BVS Ultimate Edition or Zack Snyder's Justice League for that matter. I'll take it one step further. I'll gladly watch Josstice League before I watch Thor: Love and Blunder again!
@@RANCE22808 the fact that you just tried to suggest that bvs/Snyder's justice league(regardless of any version you're talking about) were even remotely good movies while hating on Thor love and thunder at the same time pretty much disregards your entire opinion lmao 🤣!.
“Jane!?” That reunion was rich, too rich!
Really enjoyed a lot of moments in this movie.
I hate the fact that they easily defeated Gorr but overall what a comedic film! Good Job Taika Waititi! And I love how they portray how the Greek Gods were greedy in their own lives which is actually true in the Greek myth and if you have read all of those most of the Olympian gods has some dirty acts despite them being the heroes of their universe.
Most rewatchable moment in Thor 4?
None.
the rolling credits were the best part of the movie.
What about Christian Bale's scenes?
Thors ship at the end looks like Lone Stars Winnibago ship from Space Balls.
@DPCN reactions Radar about to be jammed.
I rewatched the Gorr scenes. Such an underutilized character
13:58 Did anyone notice Gorr’s creepy face when Thor lands in New Asgard
3:39 "Oh Hi Mark!"
Finally CZcams realized this isn't baby videos
YOU FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE GOATS! You do not know how hard I was laughing in the theater whenever those ginormous goats appeared on screen. My primary reason for rewatching was for those animals; I even got a shirt with just the goat pair as a birthday present.
I actually hope that they do make a “Jane Foster: Mighty Valkyrie” MCU tv series on Disney+ which shows Jane being resurrected as an Asgardian Valkyrie and becoming a defender and a ferrywoman of Valhalla as well as wielding the powerful “All-Weapon” known as “The Undrjarn” and having her talking Pegasus companion “T’Horse” (or Mr Horse if he’s being formal) by her side. The series would iron out Jane’s flaws shown in Love and Thunder and having to face the burden of having a permanent task of guiding the warriors of Asgard who have died fighting and being a defender of two realms.
“Jane Foster: Mighty Valkyrie” would be an excellent MCU series leading into secret wars and boy, it would be so satisfying seeing Jane leading out the new inhabitants of Valhalla out to battle in the height of the Secret Wars and to fight alongside her lover Thor for one final time as it would be a gratifying conclusion to Jane’s story arc too.
And it surprises me the hammer and the axe have feelings😭
The end credits are the only thing worth watching in that entire shit show
Top Ten Best Moments from Bad Movies
While I do like the funny moments in the Thor Love and Thunder I do have to agree with most of you that it was a bit to funny. Even by MCU standards. Still it was a blast to watch in the movie theater. Just wish they could of used Gorr more often and had a more comic accurate depiction of him like you guys said. I'd give a 7 or 8/10.
Agreed most definitely.
Hilarious and super fun. Just stopping by to drop my supportive comment for this movie.
#10 was the best at the beginning bc of Guns n Roses! Now that’s what I call a Dramatic Entrance! And literally brought the house down!
That should've been a really short list
Once was enough
'Love and Thunder' is my 3rd favorite 'Thor' movie.
It officially made over 753 million worldwide.
Great funny moments
the fact that this film had 10 rewatchable moments says that critics are 3 phases late to criticize humor that undercuts serious moments
The funniest things in the whole movie were the screaming goats that pulled Thor’s chariot
Can't believe they did Thor and Zeus that dirty in this movie.
who was laughing at Gorr and Jane 's deaths?
Mjolnir , Stormbreaker , Thunderbolt and Gorr are what made it surpass Malekith who had nothing except evil personality
From scene of distress calls photos to Falligar 's offscreen death was pulled straight from comics
At this point....only god knows what you'll are uploading
My favourite bit was when it finished..
Very informative
Easter egg for me. When they played welcome to the jungle in love and thunder starring Karen gillan, kinda remind me of the moment in jumanji where they played the same song also starring Karen gillan
#1: The Infinity Cones 🍦
Get out of here. Get out of my face. I was waiting to number one to be when he gifted the children of Asgard the power of Thor. That was the best moment in the movie hands down.
The goats!
Then you'll know this is going to hurt and how exciting.. literally he's the best villain ever
I was hoping that korgs love interest would have been played by dwayne the rock johnson🤣
This movie has no rewatchable moments
Loved the movie ngl... and I like have marvel is have a moment or sprinkle of black excellent bcuz Axl, the girl with the bunny lowkey and valkyrie was on fire in this movie🙏🏾
I've been hearing the screams of Nazgul since Gorr arrive's on Asgard?
Best part was when Gorr gagged them. Finally some decent lines.
I actually enjoyed the film. Yes, it does have some problems like Russel Crowe as Zues, some of the comedy, Thor not mentioning the Guardians after they left the film, and not enough scenes with Gorr. But it does make up with nice visuals, fun action sequences, Jane Foster as Thor, and Christian Bale’s phenomenal performance.
who so ever holds these weapons and believes in getting home and if pure of heart shall now posses … for a limited time only.the power.OF THOOOR
Buying this on Blu-ray
I would just watch it again for Gorr, and everything else gets put in the mirror. Bale was amazing.
I'm pretty sure I won't watch this movie again, once was more than enough. Kudos to all who found enjoyment.
Ok !As if we needed that information anyways !LOL
I watched the movie but me don't feel like to rewatch it again.
It makes me lowkey sad to see Bale giving real effort into such lackluster character and movie. They should've given him a role in IW or something.
True
Facts
You made me worthy.
Don't see y this movie got so much hate, it's actually solid, I think the director got the tone all right. Thor is a playful but powerful character, never over shadowed by Mighty Thor, but that's just my opinion still.
This is not an awful film but a disappointing one, I can still have some enjoyment from it plus Gorr was done fine even though there’s not enough God Butching from him.
@WhiteDragon Roar no completely awful it's just what do people expect from an MCU film? I don't think there has been any good films this year to be honest.
My favorite scene where Zeus accidentally strip Thor down
GOATS!!!!
The best scene was watching Thor shows Gorr that gods can care.
This Movie is emotionally killing me in any way ❤️
Christian Bale is the reason I rewatch this movie on Disney+
"Eternity" is TheBeing That Contains TheMultiverse.
This film is the definition of “everything but the kitchen sink”. I so much wish it had only worked better.
what about when Gorr is trying to scare the kids in the prison?
Top 10 characters who are inspired by the Batman.
Just realized that was a reference to Dwayne Johnson lol!
12:31 He will probably not appear like Adam Warlock did.
I don't like the movie but I'll admit that I did get a few laughs out of it.
Thor VS Wonder Woman! Gods of Comics!
