Makes me blessed that when I met my husband I was makeup free because we met at Target and I wasn't even looking for love, but his compliment and articulation won me over. On our very first date I was wearing minimum makeup and then my husband told me I didn't need any of it at all, I was already beautiful without it and I agreed with him. So I've been makeup free for 20 years. Now only my beauty made my husband marry me, he loves my loving, caring, and moral character as well.

Years ago my beloved husband Donald and I were dating he came early and I wasnât ready for him I had no makeup on I covered my face with my hands And Donald said you donât look much different. That meant a lot to me because he was 10 years younger then me We were married for 27 years my true love died in 2015 a day after he turned 52 years old He died from multiple myeloma I miss him so much.

I can totally understand how Meri mustâve been feeling. I agree. Meri could've at least let Rudy see her once without her make up and talk to him about her insecurities. Explain to him that she was feeling down on herself because of how her ex-husband, Jake, treated during their marriage, divorced her and left for his youthful side girl. This could've helped Rudy understand why Meri wore make up without him noticing and her fears of being rejected if he did the same to her. He could've reassured her that he wasn't like that narcissist ex-husband of hers and he loves her for who she is inside.

I personally don't wear makeup much but if it makes you feel beautiful and you love it then wear it, you shouldn't feel like you have to just because you see other women around you wearing makeup. You also shouldn't have to pretend to be perfect all the time, it will only backfire since your flaws will come out one way or another. If a man leaves you because of how you look without makeup then he never truly loved you he only loved you for your looks and love shouldn't be based on looks. I agree with you. One of my ex-boyfriends what like that. He didn't like how I did my makeup or my clothing style. Because I were a bit different from his exes (I am more a rock girl) I broke up with him and he regrets it to this day
