Such an important figure. Imagine, we wouldn’t have any of these Dagestani fighters without Abdulmanap. The man who as a baby was placed outside in the snow to die because his family couldn’t afford him. Yet he survived and accomplished so much. What a legend, what a man. Tragic.
That wasn't Abdulmanap that was Zabit's wushu teacher Gusein Magomaev. This is normal in the history of the world because of lack of food mothers have had to choose.
I lost my father almost 3 years ago, he was my best friend and confidante. When that father-son bond is unbreakable...and it gets broken it's something you learn to function with but it changes you. It leaves a void.
I lost my father on the 8th of March 2019 and it is the toughest thing by far. It is sort of unspoken of, but a man who's attached to his father will feel great pain when they're parted forever. It is very sad, i miss you father.
He should be crying his eyes out about how disgusting his behaviour has been like every *normal* human being would do for saying such a thing wrongfully... but i very much doubt it unfortunately based on his track record. 😔
The way you articulated the importance of a father in a son relationships resoneted so much. Having lost my own father aswell. One Man show cheal does it again
As someone who came up on the streets after foster care I have an inexpressible admiration for good Fathers.. Especially those who were a mentor to more than just their own blood.
So true what Chael says at the start. So many opportunists trying to look the good guy on twitter with their condolences to Khabib when LAST WEEK they were mocking Abdulmanaps situation claiming that him having corona virus was a cover up *COUGH COUGH CONOR MCGREGOR COUGH COUGH*
I don't think that is who Chael is talking about. Conor offered his condolences, but he didn't go any further than that. Why would he need to say more? He said what he said in the past, he was wrong.
What conor said was in response to khabibs cousin abdulmatap or some shit making a corona virus meme on Twitter mocking conor. Now why would he be joking about corona when his uncle is sick? That’s why conor thought it was all fake . If your dad got corona, would u joke about it?
I often comment on Chael’s vid’s. Mostly in jest. But as a man who lost his dad when he was 54 and I was 28, that shit is rough. Especially rough when you had a great dad like Khabib did, Chael did, and I did (but for different reasons). I now have a son. And my dad had faults that I inherited. I am now going to stop the behaviours that killed my dad young, and I’m doing it for my son, and to honour my dad. That is a powerful thing, to the highest of levels.
Chael I never knew what to think of you when you were fighting. But brother after seeing you speak in honesty I respect you a lot more since your talk shows. Good man. Khabib may your father be blessed in the next part of his journey inshaAllah. One Love ❤

You don't go to heaven for good deeds.. but from accept God into youre life and repent from all your sins

I lost my father a month before I turned 12, the morning after father's day. It's a really tough spot to be in but it teaches you a lot about loss, love and appreciating the people around you. RIP.
@Usama Fayyaz Spamming that everywhere huh?
Gabriel, your father hated you. He ended his life because he was so disappointed in you.
@@user-ke1pr6xx4e Lmao, I am disappointing but he didn't end his life, unless you can call strokes at will which would be impressive if I'm honest. I believe you are projecting so I hope you can accept yourself and that error that's keeping you back.
@@braindeadkeira2801 I took it well, in two days I accepted that he was resting after working hard all his life so that's a silver lining.
Oh Uncle Chael, that Phone call thing brought a few onions to my room. Didn't expect tears in a Chael video.
"One day you wake up...you make that phone call, nobodys gonna answer".....hit me hard
My dad abandoned me when I turned 18, my sister when she turned 18, and my brother when he was 24. Some fathers do not deserve the love of their sons. Khabib's dad deserved all the love, great man.
Condolences to Khabib and his family, I can't imagine what he is going through right now. And I see Khabib sitting out for a while as I can't imagine him fighting now after what's happened, plus I hope he and his family can get through this and Khabib can get back to doing what he loves
Chael is right, men need that positive male figure in their life that they can turn to. My father passed away too. For me, my older brother was that guy that I could turn to, my role model. Then I lost my brother to cancer when he was only 21. I felt Chael when he said "one day you're gonna make that call and they're not gonna answer" ..
I dream about my father often, if ufc is a functional family they should reach out and love him. Life is life, fighting is a sport. Support this man
Man I'm so sad to hear this. He'll live through you Khabib. Condolences to his family
Respect to you for the video Uncle and R.I.P to a legendary coach and father.
My dad passed away when I was 7, I wish I would have known him longer so he could be that dad that I could turn to when I felt lost. Luckily I have two older brothers and a good mom that raised me to be a man but It does not fully make it justice.
That's really sad man. What happened to your dad?
Best support message I’ve seen for Nurmagomedov thanks uncle Chael
You can tell this is sincere when considering the fact chael’s dad died before he could become champion
He is such a respectful man. Everything I hear from that part of the world that he was a true noble man. Even our US fighters who went there said the same thing. RIP ABDULMANAP
Abdulmanap was a true legend in the sport of MMA and it’s likely his legacy in the sport will live on forever.
We lost a true gentleman and warrior. May he rest in peace.
R.I.P Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov 🙏
Such an important figure. Imagine, we wouldn’t have any of these Dagestani fighters without Abdulmanap. The man who as a baby was placed outside in the snow to die because his family couldn’t afford him. Yet he survived and accomplished so much. What a legend, what a man. Tragic.
That wasn't Abdulmanap that was Zabit's wushu teacher Gusein Magomaev. This is normal in the history of the world because of lack of food mothers have had to choose.
The man who taught the eagle to fly.
Thank you chael for this beautiful reminder !!!
You have class my brother Chael. Thank you.
Respect to you uncle chael
I lost my father almost 3 years ago, he was my best friend and confidante. When that father-son bond is unbreakable...and it gets broken it's something you learn to function with but it changes you. It leaves a void.
@Usama Fayyaz make the most of the time you have, take pictures, videos, and save the voicemails.
That was an excellent and genuine comment. Thank you for saying the words you spoke and I fully agree in total respect. F
You’re the man, chael! Thank you for this tribute for the legend and brilliant Abdulmanap🙏🏼
I lost my father on the 8th of March 2019 and it is the toughest thing by far. It is sort of unspoken of, but a man who's attached to his father will feel great pain when they're parted forever. It is very sad, i miss you father.
Beautiful expression, Becker AS.
Hope Connor feels like a moron for saying he was faking his sickness
He should be crying his eyes out about how disgusting his behaviour has been like every *normal* human being would do for saying such a thing wrongfully... but i very much doubt it unfortunately based on his track record. 😔
I hate Connor, but that post was just a response to Abubatap's mocking of corona. When his own uncle was on his deathbed. Now that's really sick.
Yup to me that was the final straw. Conner is a piece of shit.
@@OnionAddiction
Not the right time mate
@@OnionAddiction I don't think this is the right time to spell peoples names like uncle Chael does
The way you articulated the importance of a father in a son relationships resoneted so much. Having lost my own father aswell. One Man show cheal does it again
That was very well said, Chael, thank you! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings for both of us: the viewers and most importantly, Khabib!
A great father to an amazing champion. Rest In piece.
RIP 🙏🙏🙏
As someone who came up on the streets after foster care I have an inexpressible admiration for good Fathers.. Especially those who were a mentor to more than just their own blood.
You layed out some great advice to people might be taking these things for granted. My father is a pillar for me.. Hope everyone is okay and healthy.
Cough*?? Oh God.
I don't think that is who Chael is talking about. Conor offered his condolences, but he didn't go any further than that. Why would he need to say more? He said what he said in the past, he was wrong.
@@Enigmatized13 ur just another conor pussy
What conor said was in response to khabibs cousin abdulmatap or some shit making a corona virus meme on Twitter mocking conor. Now why would he be joking about corona when his uncle is sick? That’s why conor thought it was all fake . If your dad got corona, would u joke about it?
Thanks for this champ! Stay undefeated!
Very classy Chael, much respect. RIP Coach
That is a powerful thing, to the highest of levels.
inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Chael I never knew what to think of you when you were fighting. But brother after seeing you speak in honesty I respect you a lot more since your talk shows. Good man. Khabib may your father be blessed in the next part of his journey inshaAllah. One Love ❤
Excellent video, Chael. Thank you!
Great words dude I'm a fan of khabib and hope all the best for him and his family losing your dad is as bad as it gets!

Lost my dad last year , put his picture as my profile 😭
R.i.P my Friend. Stay strong ..
I love this video, chael is so damn wise. He has a few videos like this one that ill always come back to.
Very well spoken, true words always find their way
Well said, Uncle Chael. Classiest words out of all of Oregon.
Knew he was sick but when I saw "let's talk about father" video again, it struck me emotionally.
😢😢 thank you Chael.
Good on you chael. True class.
Ufc should put him in the hall of fame in some way
For dying?
@@NeverBelieveGovernment for being a pillar in the international mma community since before it was even really a community. You little fucking rat
He recived the Master Coach award in russia....for his contribution to martial arts his homeland...
As a Muslim what Abdulmanap instilled in his students are true Islamic values through sport.
Thank you for making this channel Chael.
He was lucky enough to have a good father, he was fortunate. Many don’t know what a father is, they are the unfortunate ones. As for Khabib his father will live on through him.
