Blueberry daifuku mochi

- Hey guys, welcome back!
Today, for a nice dessert I made blueberry daifuku mochi :)
This was wrapped with whipped fresh cream, and paired perfectly with the soft, thin mochi skin
Just a note: don’t store it in the fridge, do eat fresh as it becomes really hard in the fridge….
Do try it out:
* 140 g milk
* 80 g strawberry jam
* 100 g glutinous rice flour
* 30 g cornstarch
* 20 g unsalted butter
