Corn muffins 🌽

Toda, i made some corn muffins!
These were nice and dense, savoury yet with a tinge of sweetness!
Heat it up, serve with some honey and butter 🍯 and its perfect!
Do try it out:
▢ 1 ¼ cups yellow cornmeal (190g)
▢ 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
▢ 2 teaspoons baking powder
▢ ⅓ cup granulated sugar (66g)
▢ ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
▢ ¾ cup whole milk (180mL)
▢ ½ cup unsalted butter melted (113g)
▢ 1 large egg lightly beaten
▢3 tbsp honey
