Failure diaries: tamago mentaiko

Hey guys welcome back!
Unfortunately, another failure :( but as i always say, never give up and try again!
I tried to make tamago, and i knew it wasn’t going to be simple,
It definitely failed texture wise, but still tasted alright, i will attempt it again!
Here are the seasonings for the eggs:
3 tbsp dashi powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin

It’s very easy to over cook egg, But it looks very good ❤😊
