  • We can find blueberry at the shop all through the year. But when it is summer, I particularly crave for their refreshing taste. Please give it a try!

how can i substitute glucose syrup with something else (is it compulsoray, can i add little gelatin powder instead)? no need to steam/boil it like rice dumplings?
can i steam this also instead of microwave?
what other fillings can i use, eg non fruit, what other fruit, jam? beans? coconut?

Hello, if you don't have glucose syrup, you can make it without. But not gelatine powder... If you don't want to use microwave, then please steam or heat in a cooking pot 🙂

@@matilda6362 or i can ask the author/expert on the correct way to do things eg if i dont have some ingredients/items or you could have given me a more helpful reply instead of saying "duh find out yourself". I do love the steamed version but this one is easier!
