Many thanks for the video - I must have been a bad day for the Royal Mint Quality Assurance team to have let through VIGTORA - lovely error ! Checked my 1862 Pennies but no luck this time. Many of them are really worn down. Shame there is no UK product like the US product (I think its called) Nic-A-Date , but for Bronze coinage. Many thanks again !
Thanks Paul... you've just had me rooting through my vast collection of QV's - all 22 of them. Two 1862's... nothing to report!😬😬
I shall be adding these to that ever growing list of interesting Old Penny facts. Great info thanks for sharing 😎🍀💜
I like these videos where you teach us about varieties, very good.
Fab ℹ️ Paul
I’d Love to find a previously unknown error 😊
Great stuff 👍🏻
👍⭐️I will try to remember all those tips ! 1862
Another Great Video Paul. I have a narrow & wide dated 1862 no rare one's 😢😊
Thanks for that. Very interesting. Cheers, John.
What a week of wind rain and just crap lol I can't wait to get bk out metaldetecting at least I get to watch a ture legend 👍
Fab I have an 1862 and checked it with a maggy as I watched the vid!!
I have 2 1862 pennies, which I received on the 159 Bus in London in 1964. They are VG and Fine. I will check them. EDIT: No luck.
Fascinating to learn of all these 1862 variations CP-- even if most are very, very rare. Some of those battered examples we'd throw straight into the dirt mug and yet they would sell for £600!
Great information as always, thanks CP
Educational and informative. Thank you, Mr Paul.
Nice video Paul great information and educational love to own some of those pennies cheers mate. 👍🇦🇺👊
Thanks Paul for another interesting video 👍 wish I had a few of them 😊
I'm always getting my old pennies out after watching your vids. Found no error as usual.
So many versions on the 1862, well collated Paul, now go and find the B over R in the next hunt
Great video with lots of interesting
Information thank you love it
Great info as usual 👌I love these types of videos, but unfortunately my one and only 1862 looks like it is a common one.
Cheers Glen. All my 1862's are common ones too 😥
Thanks for the video👍
I just learned I have an obverse 2, but unfortunately, it is in poor condition.
£3,200 mind blown, great info Paul. what's your nearest and most valuable in your collection 🤘
this information is great thank you 😅
🍺👍🏻
Hi I’ve recently subscribed to your channel and I have found a 1860 and 1863 Victoria in a collection my father gave me the 1863 looks like it’s been cleaned though have you any information on these coins please
Hi there following your video it seems I have a 1962 obverse 2 with a small date error. Does anyone have any ideas how I go about verifying this or can help me?
I have a 1862 penny with much lustre .
Just watched Ur vid, and realized most of the pennies u illustrated being sold at auction all contained the G instead of the C in Victoria, I wonder if this was in fact a larger mint number than most people realize
😊😊😊😊😊
Hi .. Whats about 1865 Penny ...Price and Mitage ? I wait your answer .. thanks and have agood day .
Sadly no 😅
No, I don't 😢.
Hi Paul, excellent information
