The thought of him starting a family is horrifying. He's clearly not interested in the spiritual element of Islam, at all, whatsoever, but in the gender inequality it guarantees and supports when practiced and supervised by those with his mindset.
He wants an excuse and a justification for treating his wife like a possession. His interpretation will be misogynistic. I know there are many Muslimahs who interpret with a strong bias on women's rights and freedoms. Sneako is not going to do this. He doesn't have to. The cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics required to imagine Islam as a feminist religion isn't part of his variety of cognitive dissonance, which focuses on his Quran and Hadith backed ideology that believes women are lesser beings than men.
That's not a healthy environment for a woman to thrive in, or for a child to grow up in.
I have years of experience as a survivor of domestic violence including beating, marital rape, gender related put-downs, all justified by my ex through religious texts.
If you think Sneako won't endanger his family, well, you are in abject denial.
The fact that people like Sneako and Andrew Tate are drawn to Islam is not a compliment to Islam, it's just another rebuke of it.
That wouldn't rebuke Islam anymore than other horrible human beings would rebuke their religions.

Andrew Tate's and Sneako's convertion to Islam reminds of the story of Umar's convertion to Islam. Some people don't have any principles of their own, some people just like to follow whatever will give them more wealth, fame and even political power. Some people just like to follow the tough guy.
I'm interested in this story, what, why and how did he convert. I've only heard of Umar's conversion at least the very biased towards Islam one
@@hudjacob Had to make the correction to my comment, I mistook Umar Ibn Al Khattab with Uthman Ibn Affan.
Although to be fair, Uthman Ibn Affan was a wealthy merchant and businessman who met prophet Muhammad when he was also a merchant, he converted to Islam after he allegedly received a revelation to spread Allah's message, he later donated most of his wealth to prophet Muhammad's cause. But he also gained a lot of political power within prophet Muhammad's circle (Sahabi as they were called, and also among the first people to convert to Islam in the presence of prophet Muhammad). After prophet Muhammad's death, he became the 3rd Caliph of Islam.
Islam is just a male power trip ideology that's all.

Just starting to watch your video. As someone who's been following Sneako via Destiny (another streamer) I can wholeheartedly say that Sneako converted to Islam 100% because of Andrew Tate. Much as he likes calling everyone who disagrees with his thoughts a bot, he's the ultimate Tate bot who will follow in his footsteps, respect whoever he respects, and does whatever he does. Tate is literally the last prophet according to him.

@@FriendlyExmuslim I'm about 60% through your video and it's very interesting that sneako is doing what Tate commonly does, which is make very sweeping claims about women (e.g. women are inferior to men mentally and physically) and says that they are true without providing a shred of evidence. Thanks for providing counterarguments in a well thought out, well researched way. Oftentimes, the 'sexy' answer to difficult questions are shortcuts (e.g. attributing all of the antagonism towards Tate towards the 'Matrix') when in reality the real reason takes a lot more digging, research and critical thinking (e.g. Andrew Tate has videos selling courses on p1mp1ng women, and if what he says is true, makes him liable to be jailed for trafficking).

The majority of my Muslim colleagues don't practice the religion or even talk about it. Some drink alcohol, eat non-halal meat and do other non-Islamic things but call themselves "brother"; in fact they call even non-white non-Muslims "brother".
This is what I see here in Germany, where I live.
There are probably about a million or so actual muslims, when you take into account how they actually behave in accordance with the ideology.
It is more like a freedom to the enlightened Muslim once they are out of sight..
They tend to keep religiousity aside moment they come out of the majority..
I used sneak in lunch for a handful of them during ramadhan. They'd gather hide under my cubicle , pig out and burp with an alhamduliaa smiling to each other. At least once a month I am more than obligated to buy them their allahcohol.

When I first heard the hadith of a woman being mentally deficient compared to men, I immediately recalled a female classmate of mine from who was always first in class with me being second for a few consecutive years. There's only one subject where I consistently did better but she has me beat on every other one. Frankly speaking, I hate putting a lot of effort into studying back then so that's on me. Anyways, probably one of the more troubling hadiths that led to me leaving islam

Likewise, it is not permissible to ask questions about matters that may cause difficulties for the questioner or for other Muslims.
It's funny how often Allah sends down ayahs for Mohammed's convenience and benefits. Very few of the Quran's verses talk about spirituality and skepticism. It's basically just follow Mohammed and don't ask too many questions.

My father was culturally Jewish (sensibilities, eating cultural foods, etc., interest in some Jewish cultural events, indicating that he would have fought in WWII against the Nazi's) but not religious. He called himself Jewish (his religious and cultural background impacted his views but did not dictate his behavior) and would occasionally try to talk to his children of color about the Jewish experience in the US and try to teach us about prejudice against Jewish people. I consider myself culturally Jewish, among other identities.

Honestly as a Muslim myself, I would have expected other Muslims to be a bit wary about Andrew Tate’s conversion, but the reactions I saw were surprisingly positive. Muslims who know who he is seemed to think that he can “become a better person”, which is a tall order.
These anti-feminist influencer types care about their view counts more than anything. I find it hard to believe that their conversions are anything other than brand acquisition at best and validation of their bigotries at worst.

The difference between Muslims (plus Christians for that matter) and Jews is that Muslims are a collection of people who believe in Islam (which, as you said correctly, can extend culturally), while Jews are first and foremost a NATION that is historically connected and defined by their ethnic religion of Judaism. In this sense Sneako is right that it's completely possible to be fully Jew and fully Atheist, as being a Jew only presupposes your ethnicity, while it's not possible to be fully Muslim and fully Atheist, only maybe "cultural muslim" and Atheist.
2. I agree that the way Sneako talks and defends Kaczynski's acts of bombing and killing people is completely stupid. But, as you also said shortly, WHAT he writes and what the content of his analysis of the technological system is, might be on many different levels correct. Just because someone did (highly) immoral acts, doesn't make his thoughts wrong or should be ignored.

Seems to be somewhat common for converts to go quite Conservative and sometimes extreme when they convert to islam. I think they may get the sense that they need some catching up to do after all those 'lost' years of kafir. Or maybe they want to show their new brothers how pious they are. Or maybe they actually read the quran with adult understanding rather than the softer narrative that lifelong Muslims aren't shown.
I might quibble on the atheist jew vs. atheist muslim issue. I won't go into it here, but there are some slight differences in the terms.

Re: Jewish atheists as you were discussing around the 6-minute mark, there are actually Jewish atheists who keep kosher and Shabbat and Jewish theists who don't. Jewish atheists often do believe in the values of Judaism, just not the literal existence of the deity. There are even atheist rabbis.

@@nunya54 don't know if your attacking what I said or I just didn't understand but through out history the bible has been strict on what books are in it mainly for the reason it was put through rigorous tests and the only books that made it in were the most reliable. Muhammad on the other hand had to steal from Jews Christians and also pagans and was often referred to as the ear because he would believe anything he was told.

I agree with you on most of your views. At the same time, I think that Tate makes some good points in relation to women and for the most part it’s western women actions that make his points for him. I don’t think the “equality of the sexes” means that they are equal at everything but when you add up the things the sexes are capable of we come up with equality. After all, men cat have children. I don’t understand why the masculinity of western women is celebrated while the feminization of men is celebrated. At the same time it’s discouraged to behave naturally according to your gender. This is not a black and white thing, lots of grey area.

Women attend more college and university. Because of the education gap. Let me explain the education system determines which sex, race or even class should graduate more. If you look at the 40's obviously men did way better. But that wasn't because they were smarter. The education system just favored them more because of the time. Now today education rather have girls and women succeed, as many teachers prefer girls over boys because they are more easy to teach. And less destructive. Sneako and Andrew Tate are hurting Men, Boys, Girls and Women by this divisive point of view. Women are not the reason why Men and boys fail. Its society and the system. Society as a whole enabled by men and women. Sneako along with Tate are just making a bigger hole in the conflict of the issue.

this college thing I feel like is a weird thing to bring up intelligence. I'm not saying that women are less smart, but the argument of this college thing is weak imo.I'm going to college currently and it feels like it has very little to do with intelligence, more with passion and interest. I study something just to get a job, but I have no passion for the subjects so I give my bare minimum to pass the tests, while alot of females just tryhard through all their school career it seems.
