Absolutely hate those people. No doubt scared senseless of how badass Aghani women are. Thereâs absolutely legendary stories of accomplishments through perseverance by these ladies whether it be in art, the military, social justice, anything. The people in general who have survived, who have done these things, refugees, those individuals are real celebrities to me.
And Iâm just sick to death of people like this who whine like anyone who ever criticizes anything a religious country does is pushing wEstErN pRoPoGaNdA and everyone is just picking on the poor persecuted Taliban or whatever it is. I see more of it lately on CZcams and have to wonder who these people really are. And itâs like, people who are from the West were dunking on the West before yâall even heard of anything here. We helped make ragging on your own country and your own government popular in the first place. And what, now me as a citizen who has nothing to do with the government bombing anyone canât literally point at something and say itâs right or wrong? I mean these are the people who are taking up the oxygen and standing in the way of actual adults, activists, charities and organizations who are trying to make a difference.

Afghan was 100% a poorly-managed but justifiable war because of the Taliban's hosting al-Qaeda international terrorism (The UN security council - which means Russia, and China, not just the US!!! - sanctioned them multiple times for this in the 1990's). It stands completely independently of the illegal and unecessary war in Iraq.

Hey Abdullah, I have ex Muslim friend that study in Islamic University in Indonesia in Arabic studies, he said there are more women in class than men and most of them are also smart (in his class he told me that there are like 20 students, but only 4-5 are men).
Even his professors/dosen as we call it are mainly women and smart as well.

Religion is a hurdle to civilization advancement. Not the only one to be honest about it, but certainly one of the most influential, in a negative way. And of course, Islam which is the most recently invented of the major religious delusions is the most fanatical and has been a scourge on humanity for the last 14 centuries. What happens to women in Islamist hell-holes such as Afghanistan make me sad, but more than this, make me furious against those islamaniacs. I really hope that there will be a new free world action for Aghanistan in the near future. It was WRONG to abandon it to the miserable taliban barbarians.

No offence but if you studied history, religion actually helped advance humanity at a time when everyone were dumb cavemen and even during ancient civilizations like Rome, Greece, Egypt, Babylon, Persia, etc. Of course the monotheistic Abrahamic religions are the huge exception to this, and in today's day and age where science and technology have made all forms of religion obsolete, you're right.

Afghani women should self-study and educate themselves. Taliban can stop them from appearing in public, but the mind has no limits. The education in UK and USA is not some golden standard. I respect everyone I come in contact with. Their lifestyle may not be one that I would choose, but that is none of my business and I am in no position to judge. Everyone should have education, healthcare, food, shelter, clothing, etc. A just and loving god would ensure that. So here it is now legal to be gay, it is legal to believe in whatever god you want to believe in. We are free not to believe. Woman have control over their uterus. There are no sanctions on divorce anymore. So unhappy partnerships can be stopped, without interference of the religious. We can have sex the way we want. You can be a Jew, Catholic, Muslim, any kind of protestant, Hindu or Sikh without risking to be burnt alive on the stake. Slavery is no longer part of the deal. Which is not because of the Christian morals, which allows slavery.
And we now also understand that the Christian "morals" were very often FAR from moral. And also, women and men have the same legal rights. Just like "illegitimateš children. No more threat of hell or devil where one might be burnt alive for ever for their "sins".
The vast majority also does NOT believe in religious fairy tales anymore. They tend to respect scientific explanations to understand the natural world and universe. Our basis for our current morals is not so much Christian, but much more Humanistic. The church hardly plays a role anymore.
