- Rupaul's Drag Race All Stars 7 Episode 2 Snatch Game Reaction! Rupaul's Drag Race is having the first ever full cast of all winners. We started the 2nd episode with Rupaul telling the queens this weeks challenge was snatch game..With a twist. Each queen had to do 2 characters for snatch game!! This snatch game was EPIC! This all winners cast is really bringing it!! Then for the main stage the runway was Pleather!! It was so another good runway!! There is a twist on AS7 where no queen goes home! We have 2 winning queens that get to block a queen next week from getting a badge! The top 2 queens were Trinity and Jinkx Monsoon!! Trinity was blocked so she would not be able to win a badge BUT The winner of the lip sync was Jinkx!!! She chose Shea to get blocked with the Plunger next week. Season 7 of All Stars is going to be insane!! The cast of Rupaul's Drag Race All Stars 7 is : Raja , Jinkx Monsoon , Monét X Change , Trinity The Tuck , Yvie Oddly , Jaida Essence Hall , The Vivienne , and Shea Couleé. Jinkx’s Judy Garland is in my opinion, the greatest snatch game performance ever. And some people thought Jinkx couldn’t out do her Little Edie.
It was genius! The voice and singing was on point! The Dave reference was that cherry on top that gave it no competition!

I agree. I can't remember the last time I laughed that hard. The impression was incredible, the jokes were brilliant, the singing was uncanny and hilarious, and she went into this whole next-level meta-narrative that just goes beyond the scope and skill of anyone else who has played this game. Michelle called it "a masterclass" and "unsurpassable," and it felt like an understatement.
At the end of the Snatch Game when Jinkx was singing & Trinity was like "they changed it to drag queen!" I died. 😂

I feel like people forget she's still very much a working drag queen. Especially when so much of your artistry revolves around your looks, you can't allow yourself to get stuck in only one path.
FACTS! I knew Raja was gonna SERVE it.
And she's been in the game so long she has relationships with lots of designers who are more than happy to help her with looks. Also it appears they gave the queens plenty of time to prepare for the season; not just for runway looks but also Snatch Game characters and likely ideas for promo challenges. Which is good because they all want to perform at the highest level and present their very best.
@@HeartOfClod not only that, but she had already been in the drag industry for decades when she went on Drag Race. People tend to forget these queens didn’t just pop into existence when they competed on the show

The call back to the veteran, and Ru's face in the season 5 footage. Omg! Not only was Jinkx doing brilliantly, but to self reference the show and a moment she was part of. Reminding us all the crazy fever dream DR sometimes is, just hilarity gold.
It's not only the outfit itself, but the way Raja walks, poses, the face, the movements. You can clearly see how every other contestant is a Drag queen, but Raja is a top model.
Raja for me is the gag of this snatch game. Jinx and trinity were expected. But girl Raja , she gave life to Madam and Diana Vreeland. I was kinda expecting she'll choose a model character again, but gurl she went to the exact opposite.
And the commitment to the MAKEUP 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Jinx monsoon, even if she doesn’t win the season, needs to be crowned Queen of snatch game because that was next level!!
Jinx and Trinity were definitely the top two but Raja absolutely blew me away as well

At one point I believe jinx was channeling the literal spirit of Judy Garland. She is a white witch after all! It was the best snatch game in the shows history and she had the best act.

Even though I am Team Evie, I knew she wasn't going to be the top queen for Snatch given the last time she was on it (even though that led to an iconic lip sync). That being said, I am proud of her for not doing terribly either. She was okay at best but still an improvement from last time.
Is it weird I now want to see Jinkx's Judy Garland and Alexis Michelle's Liza Minnelli interact? That would be funny lol.
I think Yvie's Boogieman was really good. She didn't get much time in the edit but what she got was gooood!

I don't think it was a joke. It's not like he legitimately forgot her name, but I think it was just a brain slip for a moment. People blew it out of proportion but I don't think it was a joke.
what i think people forget is that although ru is obviously a big part of the franchise, he is not a fan like us. he doesn’t spend any time outside of his job watching drag race videos, compilations, rewatching seasons, reviews etc. like we do. which is why queens names are forever engraved in our heads. he judges them for a season, and moves on to the next one as part of his job. that and he’s older, has bad memory when it comes to names. i wouldn’t put it past him to forget just about anyone’s names.

The judges deliberate. The kweens come back. But all of a sudden they are wearing their snatch game outfits,except the 2 winners.
Even on the 1st episode when Shea and Monet won. The kweens went back stage but when everyone was back on stage, only Shea and Monet had changed clothes, cause all the kweens still had their "I'm Crowning" outfits on....

The critiques are mostly positive because these are winning queens who are talented at what they do and have cash to look good on the runway.
And they've been changing outfits for lipsyncs for a while now. It's been a thing since back in all stars 2, when Katya changed out of a rubber dress to something she could actually move in. It's just more common recently.
I also noticed this.. but to be fair.... Who cares! These are all winners... They know who's gonna win or be in the top, long before they have to be back on stage for criticism... I appreciate the effort in letting them change.... These are surely.... 9-11 hour filming days.... Probably the most in drag race herstory...
Watch Untucked. The queens talk about it. The queens who think they might be in the top change to something more lip sync ready. And a couple of them laughed about going back out in their Snatch Game character drag.
They’re all winners, it looks bad for both the show’s and the queens’ legacy if they tear them down, so it’s all gonna stay positive. Most of the queens are changing bc either they think they might be lip syncing and want to be able to move, and some of them change just bc their looks are uncomfortable and as winners they’ve earned the right to change and feel more comfortable. Like how on regular all stars some queens have said they were allowed to wear flats for critiques bc it’s so much standing.

I think they edited it out but it looked like Trinity's wig may have come off or shifted when she did the head spin at the end as she was fixing it when she got back up.
