    Recette : baguette sans gluten
    - 200 g de farine sans gluten
    - 50 g de fécule de maïs
    - 250 ml d'eau tiède
    - 3 ou 4 c a soupe de graines moulues
    - 1 c a soupe d'huile d'olive
    - 1 c à café de sel, 1 c à café de sucre
    - 1/2 c à café de psyllium
    - 1 1/2 c à café de levure de boulanger.

    How to make a good gluten-free baguette!
    Recipe: gluten-free baguette
    - 200 g of gluten-free flour
    - 50 g of cornstarch
    - 250 ml of lukewarm water
    - 3 or 4 tablespoons of ground seeds
    - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    - 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar
    - 1/2 teaspoon of psyllium
    - 1 1/2 teaspoon of baker's yeast
    1 / mix 200g of flour with 50g of corn starch
    2 / mix a good handful of seeds of your choice in the flour
    3 / add 1 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of oil (olives for me)
    3 / add a sachet of dry baker's yeast (reactivated in lukewarm water)
    4 / add a teaspoon of Psyllium and a teaspoon of fine sugar
    5) add the rest of the 250 g of lukewarm water (minus the part used to reactivate the yeast)
    6 / mix everything with a wooden spoon
    7 / let stand in the salad bowl with a damp cloth on top for at least 30 minutes.
    8 / put a little flour on the work surface and with the wooden spoon pour the preparation
    9 / roll everything with your hands like a sausage on the flour
    Cut the top of the baguette with a knife or chisel.
    10 / Bake on baking paper 450 degrees F, hot oven for 30 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees F for 10 minutes more.
    Never cut bread when it is hot. Wait one hour at least.

    Bonjour,
    J'ai très hâte d'essayer ça. Il me reste à me procurer du psyllium. J'ai vu qu'il y avait aussi de l'enveloppe de psyllium sur le marché. Est-ce la même chose ? Merci beaucoup pour votre super recette :)
