If Teddy Long isn't #1, Pacitti is going one on one with THE UNDERTAKER.
Vince 1
In tag team match
3rd
Holla holla holla!!!
@Demonic Chorus go one on one with DA UNDATAKAH
Eric Bischoff over Teddy Long? *IT'S TIME TO GO ONE ON ONE WITH THE UNDERTAKER PLAYA!*
Anything is better than Teddy Long, maybe even Bitchoff.
Bischoff was trillion times better than Long playa
Bischoff and heyman are the best
Bring it on you old grave digger. He is one move away from being in a walker and a jello diet. I think these days anyone can beat his undead ass. He has really gotten his character done perfect today cause he legit looks like the walking dead in his cast couple matches. They been awful. He is ruining his legacy a lil bit each time he comes back. He has sucked for while but refuses to give it up or Vince is so scared of a WWE without taker that he can't pull the plug, even though he only shows up once a year.
If Vince was this so called genius. He would have never met Tkaer get beaten at WM sand then for many years to come, you could have brought him in and had him quickly squash the most annoying character in the WWE at that point of time. People would just pop for the entrance, the slot throat taunt and tombstone is all they would want to see. But Vince ruined it and now still brings him to do matches, especially in the main event that he is too old to perform at that level do anymore. Sad. Hopefully he is done soon.
@@thomasc.5219 Taker irl could kick ass since he knows ju jitz zu
I'm still impressed that Teddy went from being a referee to an on-screen character so effortlessly.
He used to be a manager all over. He's one of those guys who's literally done all the jobs in the business. He's a lifer.
He was a manager
He is legendary
I miss Teddy Long, and he was in Wrestler's Court lol (Watch Undertaker's latest interview on Broken Skull Sessions and you'll hear a funny story on why he was there once).
I still have nightmares about Vickie yelling "EXCUSE ME"
As a bit of humor, I would have loved to have seen a wrestler she was screaming at, drop to mat, put his hands to his ears, flopped around, and when he pulled his hands away, there would be "blood" on his hands and ears.
I take it you dont watch AEW then 😂🤣
Damn
Which means she did her job well
And I remember Book telling Teddy "Come on man"
The pop Vicky got when she came out for the women's rumble is proof of how over (hated)she was lol
That bit was so damn good! All the faces and heels stopping everything to clean out their ears and dump her out the ring. So good.
I don't think I've ever cringed with joy like I did at that moment
Wrong kind of heat.
MajesticClangers the wrong kind of heat would go to someone who was not good at their job and getting booed for it. She did an amazing job in her role, if you didn’t like her it’s because her job was well done. 🤷🏻♂️
Nicky Morris no the wrong kind of heat is when you get booed cos youre bad television. If someone has the right kind of heat you should want to watch them lose. I just didn’t want to watch her, and I know from other forums I’m not the only one. I stopped watching WWE for a while because of her, she was just boring and unbearable. Unlike someone like Triple H or Edge who were entertaining villains, or McMahon if you want an authority figure example. When McMahon was running the show I hated him but he entertained me, Vicky just made me want the segment to be over
I remember fondly my first and only time going to wrestlemania Access in NY. One of the most ludicrous things I saw (aside from Jimmy Snuka strolling the halls with everyone else) was seeing Teddy Longs meet and greet booth having absolutely no line. It made me really sad that no one was lined up to meet him. He was just sitting there really sad. Which is a shame because I went up to meet him and he was the nicest guy and was willing to do so much like sign autographs and take a ton of pictures. He was like Virgil but he was actually slated to appear for the event and wasn’t all in your face with it.
wow that makes me sad lol. i hope you going up to him brightened his day. he deserves it.
That's actually so sad, he's such a nice guy
Dang, that's so sad. I love that guy. You did something very nice man.
Teddy deserves more than that. I know it I saw that, it would break me a lil. Teddy was awesome.
Best heel authority figure - Vinnie Mac
Best face authority figure - Teddy Long
Best creative director - Paul Heyman
I agree
The Authority figure with the biggest balls - Adam Pierce
Worst heel authority figure - Shane O Mac
Worst face authority figure - "Tiffany"
Worst creative director - Vince Russo
@@FloridaGuy53Worst heel is Mark Adamle
@@user-rl8gs3nl8g He was a heel?
Therapist: Mayo Paul Heyman isn’t real, he can’t hurt you in any way
Mayo Paul Heyman: 29:54
Nah dude that's Paul Hellman
The Corporate Kane thing probably landed him a mayoral job.
that was my best part of corporate kane when seth rolling hurt kane and he got in a ambulance and got back out the ambulance and he was the monster kane lol
I still think the anonymous GM should have been Michael Cole. He's reading all the stuff, could say whatever he wants, and its better heel motivation than "yay Miz, boo Bryan"
No kap it would've been a great idea for a heel
Regal's stint as Raw GM had so much potential. The heat he got from ending that Cena/Orton main event by literally ending the show was incredible. I really wonder if that was going to be his one WWE title run before his addictions caught up and cut it short
I think the Main event of that Raw Regal Cut short was HHH vs Orton & The Game had The Legend Killer in the Crippler Crossface at that moment.
In fairness now Stephanie's time as general manager during the ruthless aggression era was pretty good which wasn't mentioned here
Teddy long is just sympathic(?) af
If you dont love him, you must fight the UNDERTAKER one on one holla holla playa playa
"...his own son, triple H"
Heel GM, James Bond and the Pope.. now that’s a faction I can get behind👌🏼
Jesus Christ, that's a strong faction.
Pope’s finisher should be the mist but instead of it being dark like Asuka it’s just holy water.
In terms of Stephanie McMahon's run as a general manager, you guys barely touched her tenure as the GM of Smackdown in the early 2000s.
Stephanie Hardy she was an amazing face during this time.
Her ond SD and Shane on was with WCW or Raw right?
@@itsthehumor95 nah bishoff was on raw
Her run as gm back then were amazing days
#22 Big match john did WIN. Johnny Ace that is.
People power that’s all you need in life.
29:53 "I think Adam said 'Hellman' instead of Heyman, we need to do another take."
"No no, keep it. I got an idea..."
10:20 that’s the best description of Shane I have ever heard, honestly I liked Face Shane, he clearly has a different relationship with the wwe than Stephanie and Vince so it made sense that he was rebellious to them. But yes I also like his heel runs as well.
The best part of Talking Smack, other than the Miz/Bryan interview, were Renee Young's expressions when he came out with something completely non-WWE approved. The two really worked well together as co-hosts though.
When I was 6 years old my dad took me to see Smackdown. The thing I still remember clearly to this day was how loud we all booed gm Kurt Angle.
“Tonight we gonna have ourselves a tag team match!! With the person getting the winning pin fall going one one one..with the UNDERTAKAH PLAYA”
Holla
I read that in his voice. Lol
@@itsthehumor95 Be honest, we all do.
Uploaded 14 seconds ago, earliest I have ever been, great idea for a list, should be a good watch.
EDIT AFTER WATCHING: I would have put Mick a couple of places higher as he had some wonderful moments, aside from that I can't complain with the list at all.
I feel like his 2016 - 2017 run knocked him down a couple of places.
@@Cosmic_Gorilla Yeah, it was sad seeing him at that time. Forgetting lines and basically showing how he is paying for the bumps he took. It isn't worth it even if we enjoyed it.
Foley should have been last. Worst authority figure in history portrayed by a glorified stuntman.
*" You will be forced, Edge, to have a tag team match against Dun Cena and da Undatakah for the world heavyweight championship." Holla Holla Playa*
I literally have no memory at all of Booker T as a GM. He had the role for a whole year? Well, it was obviously a memorable run...
Blame wwe. Booker T is great!
Yeah he is! I’m shocked I can’t remember it at all
Me too
Book: "Teddy, are you jealous of Eve dawg?"
Teddy" Come on man, I'm my own man" 😂😂😂😂
The answer to who is the secret or anonymous anything in WWE is always Hornswoggle. It's funny because he's a very small man 😄
“after taking many bumps in and out of the ring” jesus adam😂
I legit kept calling Laurinaitis "John Laryngitis" because of his voice lul
Same
Jack Tunney should have been #1. He did the most, by far, with the least screen time or attention drawn to himself. Jack was easily the most believable 'Authority' figure in wrestling.
He certainly played the role with an air of legitimacy, and as a kid I thought Jack Tunney had a position of power. I knew Vince McMahon was the CEO of the WWF, but honestly thought Jack Tunney handled the day-to-day operations of the shows. I did not know the term "booker", but thought that was his position; whereas Vince handled things on the corporate level.
@Micah Shaw he was the kayfabe president of wwf back in the 80's. He would only really be on tv to announce big matches like warrior vs hulk hogan. He's in the picture at 17:40
Does anyone else remember when Teddy Long set up a combination of his two loves? A tag team match between MVP & Mr Kennedy (Kennedy) vs Kane & The Undertaker.
Try and find this match because I think it's a great underrated gem.
Those where the days I never miss a episode on SD
I loved hos feud with Booker T "Come on man!"
I grew up with the summer of punk, so John Laurinaitis has a special place in my heart.
Cool
WWE’ 13
every photo of Brad Maddox looks like he's played by a different actor
16:10 very true. Steph deserves a lot of credit when you actually think about it
Agreed especially in the early 2000s on smackdown
Brad Maddox is a creep.
He did the whole world a favor and disappear
Right?!
Vickys phrase “ excuse me me” made my blood run cold” it was perfect😍
Paige and Teddy and Booker in a way and Jack Tunney kept things fair for the most part while Guerrero,Bichoff,McMahon (Vince and Stephanie) and Heyman played the Bad Guy role so well
Plus, William Regal is an authority figure on NXT
I was lucky enough to go to a Raw live event when AJ was still the GM. She hadn't been advertised so once the surprise wore off, she got a pretty loud pop. All she did was cut a quick promo, but she was probably the most over person that night.
Obviously Constable Corbin is no. 1 right?
William Regal first run was so memorable, made me laugh quite a lot 😂.
My favourite GMs growing up were Stephanie Eric and Paul heymen the early 2000s were amazing especially when Steph was a face and having Paul as a heel after she left were great memories growing up watching smackdown
"After Paige took a hiatus" You mean when the video of her handicap match in the changing room got leaked?
I still remember Vickie Guerrero looking like a whole snack when she came out rocking that bikini
That was so amazing!
I am Monika snack? You mean a five course meal!
Wtf
They used to do her dirty back in the day though.
Regal was vastly underated as an authority figure!!! Best one ever!!
Regal was vastly underrated in everything he did. Guy should have been in the HOF already.
@@jtp2007 Big time
jtp2007 the people who are with the company long term usually wait a while before entering the HOF, he’ll definitely get there but he’s still such an important part of the company
16:40 "She and Triple H were so detestable at that time..."
I see what you did there
Unpopular Opinion: I never minded the anonymous RAW GM. I was like 11 at the time and loved the intrigue and it was proper heel heat for me looking back at it. Reveal was trash still.
I didn't mind it too much until the reveal either. People always say it was annoying, but that was the whole point. We weren't ever supposed to like it.
Edge going batshit on the computer is lowkey one of Edge's top 5 best moments
Yeah it drew genuine heel heat and put cole over as a heel
I liked the concept, it was just over used.
@@ChristopherJames1993 creative was probably like, "ok we need to figure out how to reveal the anonymous GM" and Jim from accounting was like "Hornswaggle?" and they were like, "PERFECT!!!!!! OK, lunch break."
I love these videos so much break job guys. Keep it up!!!
Teddy Long should be ranked number one
He really put Smackdown on map.
Top 3 is on point! I feel like you could of gone with Long or Bischoff for the 2nd and third spot. They very much the ying and yang of GMs. When I think of the perfect face GM I thinking of Teddy. When I think of the perfect heel GM I think of Bischoff. They're equal in my eyes.
I would of put John Laurnitis higher... His dryness always gave me a chuckle. Mr Excitement! 😄
Nah the anonymous gm should’ve been higher that Jon that was the most boring wrestling ever been
Jonathan Coachman deserved to be in the top 10, he was just so much fun to see, he was the bully that's all talk and no game and when we he got what he deserved was really really satisfying, like those times he got in trouble with DX good stuff.
Number 1
KING CORBIN!
I love Kurt Angle but I think you've got him a bit too high on the list here.
Much too high
Adam since you did not put the player Teddy long first, YOUR GOING ONE ON ONE WITH DA UNDATAKA
Teddy long is my favorite (definitely not cuz he has A contract with me saying if I don't say this he will put me in a match against the undertaker
NO SATURDAY MORNING SLAM!?!? WTF that’s messed up
Great video as always. Would love to see a ranking of all the WWE Intercontinental Champions one day. Wanna see if you would put Miz up top
Miz would easily be top 5.
Thank you for including the Presidents and Commissioners...
SmackDown: The house that THEODORE LONG BUILT!
My list.
10. You
9. Can't
8. Pick
7. Because
6. All
5. Have
4. Some
3. Endearing
2. Qualities
1. Eric Bischoff
Triple H became the thing he wanted to end in his time in DX
Yup good long time character building.
I used to love watching Monday Night Rawr lol. Love these vids keep up the great work
Donald's the best president we've had in my life time.
I’d love to see you do a ranking of every WWE/NXT Ironman Match
How on Earth is Big Johnny so low?
PEOPLE POWER!
The Patrick boo emoji when Vicki pops up had me dead 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought I was the only one that watched Saturday morning slam. How convenient.
Ohhh, eric as 2 and Vince as 1, I can already tell how unpopular that's going to be. Ppl dont give ppl like eric and vince enough credit. Theyd rather run their mouths about them. I like them being one and two personally.
Only one to challenge Eric as 2 is Vickie Guerrero
Vickie Guerrero was the original Karen.
Coachman bearing up Jim Ross in that pic is too funny 😂
Saturday Morning Slam mentioned in a 2019 Cultaholic video? I thought I was the only one who remembered that Superstars 2.0 for kids show. Still a guilty pleasure for me 😅
Well... I wasn't expecting such blunt honesty about what you think of Trump as a president. Respect for saying how you feel.
His opinion isn't surprising, he's been pretty obvious where he falls on the political spectrum. Also who cares he doesn't even live in America.
@@Camhin1 Dismissive asshole says 'what?'
Meh saying you don't like Trump isn't controversial.
Trump was/is widely unpopular and frankly loathed by a good many people outside America, so it's not really at all surprising that a British person holds those views about him. Many Australians feel the same way. A big reason for this is that America is a lot further to the political right. The Democrats are pretty conservative/right wing by international standards, while the Republicans are waaaaay out to the far right. Put it this way - you're far more likely to find someone in Australia or the UK who will support Bernie Sanders' policies than you are likely to find someone who will support Trump's.
27:50 That moment is still one of the few times that I simply cannot watch without smiling at the very least. 😁
AJ was actually a face - though admittedly a face in name only - when she was GM. Remember, Bryan was just transitioning out of being a heel at the time.
Teddy Long will always be number one in my book. Holla Holla Holla!!!
I love a good list video❤🎉😊
Teddy Long better be number 1 or I will riot
Now hold on a minute playa. Before you start to riot you must first go one on one with the Undertakah!!!!
Vince McMahon goes brrr
“He would be lucky to be 27th” alright brit
He ain't wrong though.
I think the fact that he’s a Brit means... we don’t give a fuck what he thinks.
He shouldn't even be on the list
More like a liberal Brit
Wow, Byan as GM feels like it was last year but it is actually 4 x.x crazy
Vince makes sense as number one. He was amazing at the attitude era. Many young ppl don't even know. The WWE is a shell of what is was in the attitude era. Even ruthless aggression era was decent.
I love these ranked worst to best shows.
WAIT THERE HAS BEEN 29?!? GODDAMN
Nearly spat out the water I was swallowing when you made the dictionary joke. Damn you, Pacitti.
I would go with Vince, Easy E and Gorilla Monsoon as my top 3.
For what?
That hellman thing got me so good
This is the content I am here for.
Goodness, watching this video reminds me of all the times the WWE could have had lightning in the bottle but pissed it all away.
No one is better than Teddy Longe. No One
I love these rankings so much and can't wait to see what Cultaholic has in store for us next
Cool video idea
A lot of people don't believe it AAA to be stuck with NXT and Shane has already been touted by McMahon as the eventual owner of Raw and SmackDown
AAA?
Don't forget the Fifth Face of Foley - Santa Claus ;)
aaawweee, I was hoping Debra would make the list. 🙇🏾♂️ lol
I would've put mick Foley higher in the list, too 5 at least and surely above teddy long. Yes teddy served the job longer but micks work as a commissioner in 2000 was awesome, and truly the best and most entertaining face authority ever.
I agree.
21:02 im still waiting on that ironman match with the broom
5:09 James Bond with a Walther LP53, an actual Airgun ;) Just a litle Sidekick here… :D
Just curious but what does an on camera GM do? Are they in charge of anything like booking or TV production?
"And even his own son, triple H"
My favorite:
Teddy Long, Vicky Gurero, Eric Bischoff, Anonymous GM.
Cena didn't dump Bischoff in the garbage truck, Vince McMahon did it himself in his judge's robes
1:51 I couldn't stop laughing
